Best service I have received so far…
Best service I have received so far considering last couple of weeks have been stressful. Call operater BB4 was very helpful and quite speedy to help me with my query and booking an appointment.

Great customer service
I couldn't log in to the link l was sent by the company so phoned instead. The call was answered promptly and dealt with immediately. Probably the best experience of this type of call I've ever had. Thank you BB4 for your help.

Very good customer service
Spoke to NT2 who was lovely. Explained everything clearly, and what would happen next without being pushy. Let me decide what I wanted to happen first in my time. Asked myself lots of questions and explained how the process works and put my mind at rest. Very good customer service

Spoke with RT5 , was respectful and polite. I answered the questions to the best I can and didn’t feel rushed or judged, very helpful. Referred me to physiotherapy so I can be put back on the right path, and recover from what had happened. 10/10

I was contacted today by a lovely lady with the user name of RT5...she triaged me about my injuries from a recent accident and was so professional and sympathetic to me...I felt like she was a friend by the end of our conversation...helped me to find the best physio to get to without pressure and it was a pleasure...thank you
