I have my experience is very good

I was put in touch by Minster Law for some physiotherapy following a motorcycle accident. Unfortunately they passed me from Pillar to Post and eventually I had to get a private company for the physiotherapy as they were unable to sort anything out after waiting for 2 weeks.

AH9 was very polite and swift with the answers. All round great service.

The lady, who spoke to me on the phone (hs3), was excellent during the question and answer session. She was well spoken and the conversation was at a very steady pace and not rushed. She was calm and very empathetic.
