I watched a YouTube video and had to try this out.

My original order was delivered with a missing piece. I submitted pictures as proof and they replaced it with a whole new order. I was impressed. Overall pleasant shopping experience and speedy helpful assistance from customer care.
The product itself seems well made and its not loud, which I really really like.

Shipping came fast and products look great, will try later when I'm able.

Love the selection of toys. Delivery came as expected.

Everything came quicker than expected the water based lube is thick as hell and can’t come out the tube. (This is my first time dealing with any sexual products)

Complete lack of transparency over delivery: shipping origin and time. Paid for expedited delivery to receive my products within a few days, now being told they will take nearly a month to arrive.

I'm not really satisfy with this product because it is held at customs due to a lack of payment of customs duties from your side as they are apparently not included in the price I paid.
I will not pay for extra-fees and you will recieve it back from customs. I expect a refund of the product price.

If you are making a partnership with a european youtuber, make sure you can export your products.

Both the Power Pump and the Vibrating c ring didn’t work after being charged over night. I even changed the location that I charged them and still did not work.

I ordered a product and wanted a number of weeks before I contacted you only to find the product was sold out. ( why I wasn’t informed, I don’t know). You offered to substitute another similar product and I agreed. I waited another several weeks before the product arrived. I followed the instructions and changed it, but it didn’t work. I changed it a second time, still didn’t work. I tried changing it a third time and it still doesn’t work. I don’t think much of you company and I won’t be ordering anything from you again.

The delivery is still in progress and I had to pay additional fees that i wasnt made aware of

Honestly this is the best sex toy shop online!!! This company really does well in providing discreet shipping and fairly quickly shipping. Plus the toys being extremely good quality is a plus also so many deals and discounts makes it easy to shop

Slow and terrible customer service thro an email to get updates on product that took weeks to be fulfilled. Had to reach out myself to learn of anything after two weeks of no updates

I got a promotional email saying the auto douche was on sale so I ordered it on 12/17, only to get an email telling me it was back ordered until March - did I want the DouchePro instead. I said ok because I didn't want to wait. Now I come on the website on 12/25 and you have the AutoDouche on sale for $34, after I paid $83 for the one I didn't really want. Seems very fishy to me. Bait and Switch.

Edit: True, I did receive the same discount. That isn't my issue. The issue is that the item I actually wanted is now currently on sale on the website, AFTER I received a notice that it wouldn't be available until March.

The online shop allowed me to order a product that had already been sold out. You then insisted on replacing the sold-out product with a similar one, citing company policy against refunds, which I find unacceptable.

I only became aware of this issue after inquiring about delivery dates. After numerous messages, you eventually agreed to refund the sold-out item and, in your words, "ship the rest of the order immediately." However, it took another week for the order to be dispatched. Now, the shipment has been stuck for six days with no updates on its status.

I was recommended this shop by Mark Notdefining, but my experience has fallen far short of his endorsement.

A month later, I am still waiting for my order. I can only hope that when it finally arrives, the correct product will be worth while the wait.

The express shipping is no joke. The products are insanely high quality. The shipping is discreet. Packaging is fabulous. Really no downsides.
