Super quick smooth and fast. Only issue is they don’t deliver Maximum Impact (unsure why) and their lube is a bit overpriced but when in a pickle and don’t want to go anywhere it’s a great easy way to get things you need for the bedroom

Upon review, we see that your order was placed for In Store Pickup, the order was packed and the status was set to ready for Pickup the same day it was ordered. If you are unable to Pick Up, we can process a refund for you. We can also set up a delivery if you’d like, you can contact us at 786-334-5600 to calculate the cost. FedEx did have the package in their possession by December 31st. However due to New Years eve having modified delivery hours, they had many delays in delivering packages.
We have refunded you the cost of overnight shipment. If you choose to order with us again, please be aware that we offer same day Delivery and we can have an order to you within 2 hours. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience!
The store themselves did phenomenal
The store themselves did phenomenal, but the delivery driver took almost 2 hours and made a large number of other stop in between reaching me and then apologized saying new ones kept popping up , and then the toy doesn't work as described , I would never pay that kind of money again ,.

I placed an order on October 9th and I still haven’t received my package let alone my tracking number just a confirmation email saying thank you for your order and I got a order number I’ve emailed and emailed and I still haven’t got a phone call or email about my package yet!

I was helped by a super knowledgeable polite person that goes by the name of Xen, this was my very first time buying a harness, she knew so much, she pointed me to a sturdy yet reasonably priced one and it works so well. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another toy store again this is my new regular.
