There was no mention that because I ordered from your website that I would be charged duties. Had I known this I would've ordered from a different company

as a transfemme, i appreciate your efforts towards supporting lgbtq+ folks!! not sure if it's in your scope, and this might be a bit nit-picky, but it might be nice to see a bit more effort towards catering to individuals who aren't gay men. but otherwise i really like what y'all are doing for the community, especially in these trying times!! huge thanks to you all!! my main issue, though, is that there doesn't seem to be a way to access my account on your website in order to change username or password or check on my order, etc. when using firefox browser.

Closet has quickly earned the spot as my favorite when it comes to quality and commitment to their brand. They have always shipped promptly and discretely. Every product I've purchased from them is quality and exiting. They even send follow up emails just to make sure you are happy after your purchase has already been completed. I can not recommend Closet enough and will continue to do so.

Easy to use and mostly hassle free but taxes weren't displayed until after the purchase was confirmed. Typically they're always displayed before confirming payment so the full cost is visible. Just something to watch it for

Very easy to use site, UI/UX makes adding to cart and reviewing it quite fast. Large images and good text and colours make it pleasant to browse.

The process to select and purchase items is quite simple. The one change up I would suggest is the add-ons that come up after you find the item you want. It would be great if they were more catered to what the person may have put down as preferences versus what may be the it item right now. Also, a little more highlights regarding why buying the item is actually a big save for the customer should they purchase in the moment.

I really enjoyed my experience with this toy! The material is soft and feels very natural. I loved that I could control the vibrate and flicker settings both independently from the control. Seriously, I could not stop using this toy. It’s much much better than comparable ones from other brands and much higher quality at a more affordable price.

I tried the P-Vibe Flicker and loved it. The thumping head is unlike anything else I’ve tried so far. The only issue I had was the remote would disconnect occasionally, however, it’s a quick and easy to reconnect. Overall, great product.

I recently received the P-Vibe Flicker from Closet. I don’t normally go for toys like this but took a chance and tried it out. I was very surprised with how much I enjoyed the sensation once in. The multiple vibration modes hit the spot and the prostate flicker was an added bonuses. The remote control really came in handy and allowed me to easily try multiple simulations modes that lead to a happy ending. I will definitely use this again. I also like that their Closet brand toys have a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. I have used the warranty before and it was a very easy process to get a replacement free of charge.

Great deals and my order shipped immediately. Can't wait to test out my new toys!
