Cloud 9 Vets Limited Avis 

When our near 14 year old labrador, Rufus started to go down hill rapidly just before Easter, we spent a lot of time ringing and looking for a service that could come out during the holiday weekend. Cloud 9 were the only people that were not off for the break and saved us from having to take Rufus into the vets which we really did not want to do. They handled us and Rufus with great kindness and we have no hesitationin recommending them. David, the vet, was excellent in explaining everything and got a last wag from Rufus, it could not have gone more smoothly and peacefully.

We lost our beautiful Golden Cocker Spaniel Honey Belle on the the 5th April, we had her for 14yrs.. It was such a hard decision, I didn't want to take her to the vets as she got so stressed, I wanted her to be at home with us... Cloud 9 Vets were recommended to use and from the first call which was so hard to collecting Honey's ashes the process was faultless...
The vet was booked for 12 mid day and we spent our time having cuddles with Honey. The vets name was David and I cannot praise him enough. He put us at ease from the time I opened the door and was calm and kind. He told us the process with no time restrictions and made us feel at ease with what was to happen, he was kind to us and Honey. I can't thank David enough for making such a hard and sad situation into a beautiful and peaceful experience. Thank you David, me and my daughters will never forget your kindness x

On the 17th of March my partner and I had to take one of the most painful decision of our entire life.
We had to say good bye for good to our beloved 19 years old gorgeous cat.
From the very outset to the final steps the companion shown and kindness from Sally the Vet and the whole team was utterly superb and we will never forget it.
And few days later we received his ashes in a lovely box his a bit fur, paw print alongside with a lovely candle and card with a beautiful message.
We highly recommend Clould 9 vets.

I really wanted my cat to die at home and my regular vet (who doesn't offer a home service) recommended Cloud 9. Cloud 9 was brilliant from start to finish. Setting up the appointment was very easy and the vet who kindly came at short notice on a Sunday (Sonia in South London) was great. She was very kind to our cat and us, explained everything clearly and performed the euthanasia with great care - I don't think our cat suffered any stress at all and she died peacefully lying on our bed at home. Sonia was highly professional and I felt entirely safe entrusting my cat's last minutes to her. It was also a good decision to do it at home. No cat wants to be taken to the vet at the best of times.

You never want this day to come but the compassion and service we received when we made the difficult decision was a little easier knowing Chas was in his own home surrounded by his family, I would highly recommend, from the first phone call to receiving Chas’s ashes back home everyone was very nice and so caring

We recently lost the loveliest funniest happiest member of our family Our dog Jessie. We were devastated to have to make the decision and dreaded the thought of taking Jessie to a vets for this as we have done this with our last 2 dogs and found it very sterile and lacking the dignity that you would want for someone you love so we decided to research our options and made contact with Cloud 9 Vets. They made a terrible situation more loving caring and peaceful for ourselves. We were guided through every moment with kindness and care from the very first phone call to the visit from the vet to the moment Jessie gently passed away. I will always be grateful for the care and kindness of the vet & the staff at Cloud 9 Vets and would recommend to anyone who has to face this awful decision their services.

I'm so grateful to cloudnine in allowing us to say goodbye to our precious wee Kenzi in her own home. Thank you to Ellie who took my first phonecall and then took charge of all the organising she had to do. She kept in touch throughout and kept us informed. The vet Kim was exceptional. I couldn't have wished for a better person to be there for us. The thoughtfulness gentleness respect dignity and care made Kenzis passing bearable and I would absolutely recommend this service as a gentle alternative to a vets surgery.Thank you cloudnine from the bottom of my heart. My cat had sudden onset of terminal illness and on the day I called Cloud 9, I hadn't planned to, but I had to.
Darlene, the first person I spoke to, couldn't have been more compassionate. The vet, Kim, was superb. She was at my home within 3 hours of my call and made the end as peaceful and quick as it could have been.
I also went on reviews that morning, as I tried to find an emergency vet. Well - I couldn't rate Cloud 9 more highly, and I'm extremely grateful for their whole service. They were kind, patient, professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

A very sad day for me but I would like to thank everyone involved, especially Sally who was very patient, kind and understanding. I am comforted knowing my lovely boy was at home when he passed so peacefully and have no hesitation in recommending Cloud 9.

Our old cat Merlin's death, left a massive hole in our lives. We had decided not to have another cat but the piteous cry of a cat sitting in the rain outside can melt the hardest of hearts, and Miss Muffett adopted us within a week. We had over 7 years of love and affection, and at the end decided not to subject her to the pressure of a car trip. On the morning even in her weakened state she tried to jump on my wife's bed and did a final tour of the garden visiting the steps where she often sunned herself. The vet Galina was kind, considerate and we held her as she died.
The structure of Cloud 9 seems a bit fractured as we rarely seemed to correspond with the same person and some only work part time. As the insurance claim was complex This did cause some problems but hopefully it has been resolved.

We would like to thank Cloud9 Vets and Filipe for the kind and compassionate care he gave our beloved Megan,a faithful companion of 12 and a half years,it was a great comfort for us to say goodbye to her on her favourite settee. Mr and Mrs G Chambers

It was the day we had always hoped would never come. Cloud 9 were wonderful and we could not praise them highly enough. We had known that our own vet would not make house calls but had not wanted to change vets so after reading an article from someone who had used their services I kept their phone number. From the initial contact everything was made easier and Ane, the vet was so gentle with our boy. Ben was 15 years and 8 months and he was so peaceful at the end. It was all we had always wished for him and that was thanks to Cloud 9 and Ane. Ane explained everything and was so supportive to us, she was lovely and made the whole experience bearable. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

From the first phone call to cloud9 vets and speaking to Jennifer who was very kind and supportive and did everything she could do to help arrange for a vet to visit our beloved cat princess and we also spoke to Ellie who was also very kind and supportive too .we called on a Monday afternoon and had an appointment for Tuesday afternoon .
The vet Vanessa arrived on time and she was very compassionate and a lovely person and our cat princess was treated kindly and loving by Vanessa, princess went so peacefully surrounded by her family and Vanessa was very good towards us afterwards on such a sad occasion.

It was one of the saddest days saying goodbye to our much loved dog, Rex, who was 15.5 years old. Wing Ka was so gentle with him and they struck up an immediate rapport. She was so patient and kind and took time to get to know Rex. Everything was explained in detail, it was so peaceful and honestly the kindest way to say farewell to our much loved companion. Excellent service. Fast response. The vet who attended, Josie, was lovely. She said all the right things on such a horrible occasion. She was very kind and gentle and made an awful situation as good as it could be. Cloud9 also arranged cremation services, allowing us to have a bit of time alone with our boy before they came to pick him up. I highly recommend Cloud9 Vets.

Cloud 9 vets and vet Sally were exceptional when we made the decision to put our 18 year old terrier to sleep. From the initial booking through to the actual day I honestly cannot praise this service highly enough. The staff on the phone were kind and happy to talk through any questions I had. Sally was amazing, we really valued her calm professionalism. She spent time chatting with us, listening to our stories about our dog. She guided us very sensitively through the whole process, she gave us space when needed and responded perfectly to our family dynamic. She was also so gentle and kind towards our dog. His final day was the best it could possibly be, leaving us all with a comforting memory, and for that we are all very grateful. I recommend this service 100%.

I cannot thank Cloud 9 Vets enough for the compassionate and dignified care they provided when it was time to say goodbye to my beloved French Bulldog, Riley. From my very first call with Vicki, I felt supported and reassured during such an incredibly difficult time. She was kind, understanding, and helped me feel confident in making the right decision for Riley.
When the vet, Sonia, arrived, she handled everything with the utmost care and sensitivity. She was gentle, patient, and ensured Riley was comfortable in his own home, surrounded by love. The whole process was carried out with such dignity, allowing me to focus on saying my goodbyes without any added stress.
Losing Riley was heartbreaking, but Cloud 9 Vets made an unbearable moment a little easier with their kindness and professionalism. My beloved German shepherd Bear had to be put to sleep on Friday evening a lady called Hannah came out to us and she put us at ease straight away she was so calm kind caring and compassionate with our Bear and ourselves she made the experience so much easier for us all and he just fell asleep in our loving arms. I would highly recommend this company and especially Hannah for all her love throughout. Also their prices are very reasonable. The whole experience was a very peaceful and personal one. Thankyou so much guys for doing a great job ❤️🙏
