Cloud 9 Vets Limited Avis 

My family would like to thank Cloud9 vets for their service on Thursday 5th June when a lovely vet named Suzie came to our home to allow us a peaceful and dignified goodbye to our beloved indoor cat Button. Button had been poorly for some time and as an indoor cat, absolutely hated the vet, so having this service available allowed her to go to sleep for the last time in her own bed and own home. Suzie was amazing - she was so kind, friendly, patient and respectful. She obviously genuinely cares for her patients and their families and we could not have asked for a nicer vet. Button was a challenging patient because she was feisty and so small but Suzie did the absolute best she could for Button and she went incredibly peacefully. It really was the right way for both us and Button, and at exactly the right time, Cloud9 vets made themselves available for us. Also a thank you to Danielle who took the phone call from my mum to book us in. The whole experience, although heartbreaking, was the best we could have hoped for and we would recommend Cloud9 to anyone. When the time comes that we need to let go of any other pets, I would not hesitate to use them again.

When we realised that our nearly 19 year old cat had come to the end of her time, we called Cloud9 and they really couldn't have been more helpful and supportive.

From the first phonecall through to a lovely vet called Susie who came to administer the injection, the whole process was very easy and smooth and helped us to cope with what was a very stressful time.

We will definitely be calling them again when the time is right for our other pets

At the hardest of times losing our first pet dog Daisy, we were made to feel at ease through the preparation phone calls and then the vet on the day of our loss. We were heartbroken to have to put our much loved springer spaniel to sleep recently and chose to do it at home in her happy space. Cloud9 vets were so kind and compassionate from first contact on the phone to the lovely vet Hannah who came to the house. We have used Cloud9vets twice in the past few years for our beloved Jack Russells who passed away at 15 and 18 respectively. Both times we have been impressed by the compassion, customer care and support.
From the moment you make the dreaded phone call, they treat you with respect and dignity. The communication is clear throughout and once the Vet comes (in our most recent experience it was David from Gloucestershire), they gently talk you through the process and offer you an sympathetic and understanding experience. Our beloved dogs, both passed away, peacefully and calmly, and we couldn't have wished for a smoother journey for them to reach Rainbow Bridge. We also appreciated the thoughtful personalised card that they send out recognising your loss. Would recommend Cloud9vets to anyone who wants the best end of life care for their beloved pets.

When we needed to have our dog put to sleep, we decided to do this at home in his familiar environment. Cloud 9 were incredibly helpful and responsive in organising this. The vet, Susie, was sensitive and considerate throughout, and the whole process was serene. I am really glad that we decided to do this at home and that we chose Cloud 9.

Heartbreaking to make the decision for your dog when you see him struggling with dementia so we contacted Cloud 9 vets, and we are so glad we did, they treated us we such compassion and respect for our Dusty I would highly recommend them, They made a sad day so much easier for us, and I thank them for everything for the phone calls to the vet who came home to us was a lovely kind lady they explained everything to us, thank you

We had to have our dear Tilly put to sleep on the 7th May. From the first phone call, everyone was so kind, Jose the vet that came out to us was so kind and caring and explained the procedure to us beforehand. She passed very peacefully and it was so comforting that it happened in her own surroundings. She was left with us for a while before they came to pick her up from the crematorium. The man that picked her up was also lovely and caring, we had her back with us in a couple of days. The service from everyone involved was brilliant on a very sad occasion. My thanks go to everyone, and i would not hesitate to recommend Cloud 9 vets and the Phoenix Pet Cremations to anyone. Thankyou.

Cloud 9 was definitely the right choice for us! We phoned them on a Sunday evening after making the difficult decision to put our beloved 15 year old Jack Russell Fudge to sleep. They organised everything for us, everyone we dealt with were absolutely wonderful people. I would highly recommend.

We had to put our beautiful dog to sleep after he took a turn for the worse. We telephoned cloud 9 to arrange to have him put to sleep in the surroundings of our family home surrounded by all the people that love him.

The vet from Cloud 9 struck a fantastic balance between professionalism and friendliness and made us feel very at ease.

We were kept fully informed throughout the process and his end was dealt with great dignity.

We had to say goodbye to our dear Jack Russell ’Archie’ on 22 April 2025.
Cloud 9 were absolutely Brilliant.
We were so grateful that it was David that tended to Archie we couldn’t have asked for a nicer person he is truly a lovely compassionate man and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts.

Our beautiful boy Alfred was helped over the Rainbow Bridge by Cloud 9’s vet Natasha. She came to our home where she showed amazing compassion and respect to both Alfred and ourselves. Natasha gave the three of us privacy, peace and time alone to say goodbye. Thank you for making what could have been a clinical impersonal moment deeply personal.

Cloud9 were amazing the whole way through. From the initial phone call to the appointment I can’t fault them. It was the most peaceful process I could have hoped for, and cloud9 made an awful situation so much better. Thank you so much to vet Galina for being so compassionate.

We could not have asked for a more caring and empathetic end for our darling Winnie after 15 years and 7 months of life. Audra, the vet, showed true compassion to both our family and Winnie for which we will be forever grateful.

Cloud 9 were the right choice, from the initial call all the way through until the end they showed professionalism, compassion and trust.

Our 16 year old dog was at ease and the Vet made this traumatic experience into a calm and tranquil send off.

Everything was explained and the gaps in the send off allowed us to be with him during the whole process to provide comfort and reassurance.

Knowing our beautiful boy was able to be with us at home has made an massive difference in how we cope and come to terms with it.

Thank you Cloud 9 and your wonderful vet Rares, who was like an angel when he came to help our darling French Bulldog cross the rainbow bridge. Saying goodbye after 12 wonderful years was a heartbreaking experience but I’m so comforted by the beauty and peace that were present in that moment. She was sleeping with me cuddled up on the sofa when the vet arrived and Rares was able to administer the injections where she was, so she remained comfortable and just drifted off. The compassion and care Rares showed was so wonderful and such a comfort to us. I can’t thank him enough for helping our darling girl make her final journey surrounded by love. Cloud 9 arranged cremation for us and we were local enough to be able to take her to the crematorium ourselves. Again, the people at Phoenix were utterly wonderful - full of compassion and care, allowing time to say goodbye, comforting us. I can’t thank them enough.

We had to make the most awful decision we have probably ever done. I honestly would not wish this experience on anyone.
Like most she was our baby girl . Brought joy not only to us but everyone that met our dog.
But the she went downhill fast . Took her to PDSA as our vet would’ve sent her there. Our worst news was told to us all. Cancer of liver. They did well. She perked up for a week.
But as of yesterday the pain she was in was to much. Our vet gave us cloud 9 number as they didn’t do home visits for this.
Andrea came this afternoon, he was kind gentle and re assuring. Talked us through everything. His old pet was same breed and new our pain. ( even same cemetery that we went to today)
I would recommend these vets if it’s home care you need.
We are still in pain of our loss today, but wanted to put this on here as still fell a bit raw. And it’s a sort of a bit of release to help anyone that’s in or going to be in this situation.
Use these vets.

I had to let my 17 year old cat go over the Easter weekend and I can’t thank Filipe enough for the care, kindness and consideration shown. Everything was done at my own pace, everything was explained, the process was peaceful. I am so grateful for the service cloud 9 provide as it allowed me to love and care for my Lola right to the very end.
