Clouds Slides Avis 270

I bought a pair each for me and my husband about 2 years ago. We(both) absolutely loved our slides, and have now worn them out!!!!

I have just received our new ones!!!!!!!!!!!
they have rather thin soles, they are cheap hard plastic, they are not comfortable,
they are over sized,
Would not recommend these anymore.

Scam. Completely unable to contact company. No response through email or instagram. Phone number directs you to different place altogether. Do not buy.

Cloud slides repeatedly reject my order. I guess they have enough business not to want to increase business numbers with additional customers.

Wrong order and unable to contact fo a refund.

I have had terrible customer service experience after ordering over 500 pairs of various color Cloud slides for my spa. I've written numerous emails, one which was answered and the last few unanswered. My tracking information given doesn't work. I'm requesting my money back from my credit card company.

Zero customer service, seems like a scam. Just don't bother - you could get the same things elsewhere and probably actually receive them. Had to do a chargeback to get my money as I'd heard nothing from them after emailing twice - apparently they respond within 12 hours, not sure if they have some weird understanding of what 12 hours actually is...

I've been purchasing these for a few years. Looks like company has been taken over and quality is now poor. I wouldn't recommend buying these at all. I've put an old pair side by side to a new pair and the difference is very noticeable. Size is incorrect, depth is a lot smaller. Not 4cm as advertised. Don't waste your money.

This is a Chinese scam website which sends you absolute garbage products and then ignores you after sending the wrong size and even if it was the right size the product would be 100% garbage. Avoid like the plague

SCAM COMPANY…AVOID!!! Took my money, never delivered. Eventually responded after left comments on insta post. Promised a refund in 2-3 days. Over a week later still not had a refund. THIS IS A SCAM.

They are the most comfortable slippers I have ever worn and would definitely recommend them.
If you have a problem with size etc they will sort it for you .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Took my money did not receive any confirmation emails or tracking codes. Tried to ring the phone number on the website however it’s a junk number and does not call - so emailed using the email provided however all I kept on getting back was a automated email no explanation as to where or why I hadn’t received any confirmation/shipping emails. Nothing!!! Don’t waste your money!!!

I asked to cancel my order 10 minutes after I placed it due to duplication. They are saying my order was already processed and couldn't stop it!!! I have sent 8 emails to them and have only received their generic replies until I made a complaint! Now they are saying when I receive my order I can return it but they do not provide returns labels????? What company doesn't provide returns labels? They state their policy is to ALWAYS MAKE SURE OUR CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY! That is a load of rubbish!. All they want is your money and when they've got it they don't care. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Honestly 1 star is too much.

Slippers finally arrived, nice,warm, comfortable,wife's size 5 ordered size6 fit just nice, quality fine, buyer beware order at least one size bigger .

Feel such a fool. Completely taken in by what appears to be a UK based company, but is in fact Chinese.
Website professionally done with a UK contact address and a UK domain address.
Only two of the three products ordered arrived, and after having read the reviews here,I don`t hold out much hope of getting my money back.

So annoying that I didn't read the trust pilot reviews before purchasing! I usually do for unknown websites!

You essentially can't return anything. To initiate a refund at all you have to email them, they then try to convince you not to return by offering another pair of shoes for the price of shipping, then when you insist on a refund they give you an address and say you have to pay for the return yourself. Because the return is to China it usually costs more to return than the cost of the shoes were, and there's no guarantee they would refund you once returned since there's no tracking info to associate the return to your purchase.

One star is awarded purely on Clouds Slides Return policy article on their site, which I read before considering purchase. It is prescriptive and unrealistic, and I'm not sure if it actually clashes with consumer rights regarding defects that appear after 14 days - their own company policy.

It seems to be the thing they do, send faulty, substandard shoes and then refuse to refund unless you rerun items to china that are allegedly from a uk company.
The website is fake advertising. Do not be duped by them.
The footwear is shocking poor quality and I now have to go through my bank for a refund.
They offered me 50% discount to keep the shoes and either use or give away!
Refuse to refund or replace unless you pay to return to china or Iowa
