The platform height is nice.
The platform height is nice. Adds a bit of cushion for my back. The material doesn't soak up water, so they dry off almost instantly.

I had to return 2 pairs from my order because of a wrong size and customer service (particularly Kate and Caroline) were quick to respond to my inquiry, friendly and above all, resolved my issue without any impact to my experience. I would highly recommend!

Run, run, run from this seller. I ordered a size 11 slipper and received a size 5. So far, no problem. Everyone makes mistakes. However, when trying to get the problem corrected, I had to send 8 emails simply asking for/demanding a refund. This company continued to "slide" to other options, at one point telling me that they would offer a replacement for 50% off. Can you imagine paying 50% more to get the item you ordered in the first place? By the end of a 12 day give and take in which I asked for a refund every time, I was informed that no refund could be granted because the slippers were not in the same condition as when they were shipped. What? They were 6 sizes too small, how could I have worn them anywhere? I couldn't believe it.
I was asked to send documenting pictures on three separate occasions. Apparently, they thought I was trying to rip them off for a $44 item. Very insulting. I cannot stress too strongly how disreputable this company is. Think once, twice, three times about ordering from this company. Their customer service is abysmal. If you decide to buy anything from them, make sure you do it through Amazon and use a credit card to allow for a path to get a refund. But the better option is to find a similar item elsewhere. Good luck!
