Needed a replacement double-glazed window unit in an existing, sound, wooden frame - all the normal outfits would only offer replacement of the whole window, in uPVC.
Fortunately, we were tipped-off about Cloudy2Clear, who have branches nationwide - ours was at Lancaster. They were happy to come to our house and quote for this small job, and their service was first class from start to finish - and at a very reasonable price.
Communication with the client was excellent; the two glaziers turned up on time and did the job quickly. They were polite and friendly, and cleared up all the mess. The work comes with a 25 year guarantee.

Roger quickly responded to my initial enquiry, then turned up on the dot for the survey. He gave us a price which we accepted, then booked a fitting date that suited us well. The fitting team also arrived exactly as promised, were careful to put on overshoes and lay protection on the carpet. They were very courteous, worked quickly and it was a totally trouble-free and pleasant experience AND we now have clear windows again!

Replaced 2 x large patio door windows...Total experience from initial contact, job assessment and job completion excellent. Friendly and helpful men completed job within a week. Price for job seemed a littlle more than expected though given the time frame from start to finish price acceptable - (£520).

We had one side of a large double glazed conservatory window broken. We had asked two other companies to quote and were still waiting 2 weeks later. Cloudy2Clear came and gave us a quote on the spot which we accepted with 2-3 weeks for manufacture. We were going on holiday and they got the unit early, came and fitted it, all done in a week.

The Team pre visit and visit were helpful, professional and speedy . Kitchen window and bedroom windows were replaced and fixed (lock) . I needed to replace a misted double glazing pane in a hard wood surround. Roger Bonnick quickly popped round to give me a very reasonable quotation for the work, and shortly after did the job swiftly, in a very professional manner and to my complete satisfaction. The fitters were brilliant, arrived on time took roughly 30mins to remove glass and replace new .no problems, other company's had said it wouldn't be possible because of the age of frames but these guys said no problem and they were true to their word, would recomend and definitely use again.
