Excellent service - quick, courteous and professional at all times.

Would give no stars if I could. On 15.7.21 had replacement glass units installed. A few weeks ago, one unit failed. I have the invoice number, date of installation and amount paid. Yet this company will not honour the guarantee as I am unable to provide the original invoice and guarantee certificate. Now no where in their terms and conditions or frequently asked questions does it say these are required. Screen shots of these have been downloaded from their site for anyone's perusal. So the upshot is make sure you guard your invoice and guarantee with your life, otherwise your left with a failed unit and no comeback. Also, following their reply as below, they have now amended their instructions to cover this issue. This shows an error on their part. Therefore please avoid using CLOUDY2CLEAR WINDOWS
They will do anything to get out of a claim

When the rep came out he only quoted for work that needed to be done i.e. blown windows, not some only looked clouded. An adjustment to the quote was done quickly for energy saving glass by email and the installation was booked quickly. 8 windows were replaced in under 2 hours by the very pleasant fitter.

I called this company out due to a cracked window pane & jammed window. They gave me a price & they did a wonderful job.

Service was extremely efficient. The surveyor was knowledgeable, explained everything in full and provided the quote on the spot.
An earlier appointment than my booked appointment became available and it was offered to me, which I availed of.
The fitters were extremely quick, in and out in less than 15 mins and no mess.
Would definitely recommend.

Really unhappy with the service received. Went with this company as the reviews looked good and thought it would be a really simple job as wanted it doing quickly. One of the team came to measure up, we agreed on both bedroom windows, a new door handle and to fix my front door that was sticking. Quoted me and the price was quite high but accepted it as thought this will be sorted within days. This was mid August and still not sorted. The handle fitted is white not gold which I was told about before, it’s far too big for the door and looks like shoddy work. They have been countless times and each time had the wrong hinges even though he was the guy that measured the windows! Finally got the right hinges (I think) and sent a different person to fit them. He only fixed one bedroom window not the two as agreed. Spoke to the office and they said it was only priced for one window! £360 for one window hinge and a door handle is super extortionate. Now sending someone else. Still not fixed the door and keep saying they were never told. Such poor poor service and 2 months on.

Very professional service from start to finish. Made enquiry over the Web on the 2nd and the windows were in by the 22nd. Large patio door glass and two smaller panels upstairs finished in an hour. All correspondence done by text with a very quick response time and a personal touch.

I contacted Cloudy2Clear for a quote on some window repairs, they were quick to respond and arrived at the property when they said they would. They ran through all of the options available to me and I felt well informed to make my decision. On the day of the fitting I was out of the property so when I returned the job had been completed. I raised an issue with the company as I believed it had been left incomplete. They responded straight away and arranged for someone to come out to check. Again, they arrived when they said they would. I showed them the issue and (full disclosure, I didn't understand something fully) they acknowledged there was a piece missing (this was an older window), but they had indeed completed the job as specified. Rather than leave it at that, which in fairness they would have had he right to do, they went out of their way to find a solution to my worries and fifteen minutes later, the job was all done and secure. Can't fault them or recommend the fitters or the staff in the office highly enough.

Needed a double glazed window replaced in back bedroom as it was full of condensation. Fabulous experience. Good price, quick and easy installation and cleared up after himself. Would highly recommend (and did).

If I could leave a zero I would. I booked an appointment a week ago for today (between 9am and 1pm). I rushed home from work to make sure I would be at home if I was first on the list. Got a call at 12.40 to say they had forgotten !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a good start so I havent rebooked and will look elsewhere

We had a window that had become misted, found cloudy2clear on an Internet search, gave them a call,from there an appointment was quickly made, quote was given, appointment for job was made and job was completed all in the space of a week.
Couldn't be happier with whole experience, would definitely recommend cloudy2clear to anyone in similar circumstances.

This company were excellent to deal with from start to finish, they were very flexible to my needs, were able to give a quote and when I wasn't keen to do a full door replacement were able to offer me cheaper options. I am delighted with the completed work. I really couldn't have asked more from this company.

Quick, efficient service from quote to installation. My like for like window was replaced within a week of requesting a quote. The installer left no mess and the damaged window was removed and replaced on the day I was told it would be done and well within 30 minutes start to finish.
