Having just ordered a refurbished phone from Clove I found they would buy my old Samsung off me - and for a good price too! Easy to arrange the sale, package arrived the next day for me to bag-up the old phone and return it. Payment really prompt too!

Quote was the highest on the comparison website at £287, received parcel labels immediately. Real-time updates received of what's going on with my phone. Upon inspection they classed it as Grade C and offered £200, no opportunity to challenge as phone was immaculate.

I chose to get my phone returned at no cost. With lost time, value had dropped of my phone and highest quote was £265.50 with sellmyphone. They paid exactly what they quoted. I'm out of pocket as a result of my experience, sadly.
