Unfulfilled Promises and Total Disregard
We recently sponsored a local golf course through Clubhouse Sports Media, and the experience has been a complete disappointment. We paid for a sponsorship package that was supposed to offer significant benefits, but none of the promises have been honored.
The main reason we chose this sponsorship was for the free golf benefit for our clients. However, every single time one of our clients has gone to the course, they've been charged the full price. Additionally, the advertising we were promised has never been put up. We've seen absolutely zero return on our investment and have not received any of the promised exposure.
We have repeatedly tried to contact Clubhouse Sports Media for a full refund, but we have been completely ignored. They have shown zero interest in resolving this issue and clearly do not care about their clients or fulfilling the terms of their agreements.
We highly advise you to avoid doing business with this company. Save yourself the frustration and loss of money.

We signed up for a sponsorship package for a local golf course. We did have a few teething issues to start with, but after a further investigation by Clubhouse Media, it seems to be down to a technical issue rather than with Clubhouse Media itself.

We are looking forward to working with them to help promote our business and give our customers some enjoyable rounds of golf

Fortunately, I run a web hosting business so their daft spam emails now carry a global block across our platform.

SPAM emails i didnt sign up for, grow up and do some real marketing.

The process was a little long winded , but each member of your team I spoke with , were very helpful and informative . I haven't been able to go to Boringdon Golf Club to watch the 30 second advert , every 20 minutes , but I shall go and watch them during this week , the date I have entered is just a guess as it has been ongoing for a number of months

Absolutely shocking customer service. You enter into a contract for advertising in two sites. They only do one. Your query this time and time again then they have the absolute gall to send you a bill for the rest of a contract that they failed to deliver. No response from your so called dedicated account manager. No response from finance. Would not enter into anything with them again in a screaming fit. Seeking legal advice now for a full refund

The process from start to finish has been seamless and very professional. From the initial zoom call showing what it could look like, which looked great to seeing the finished product of your own golf course with every tree bunker and pond in the right place really hits home how good the product is, and will allow both members and guests to get a feel for the course before they play.
