Easy process. Fast.

This was my 2nd sale to Clutch. Both transactions were super smooth.

When I sign into my clutch.ca account, I try to update my info; address, phone, email. Everything works except email. There is no way to update my email address. There is also no way to update my password.

The only way I could contact clutch is by clicking on the chat. The associate told me that clutch cannot update a customer's email or password but he also did not know how to fix my issue.

Customer service is clueless and updating your info is impossible.

I was offered a 1/4 of the price at the dealership!

Clutch was so easy! Filled out the form, honestly and transparently, and they offered me what I would have probably gotten in a private sale and was 4 times what the dealership offered me as a trade in! Scheduled pick up was on time, quick, painless, and money was deposited to my account within 24 hours!!

Services excellency…. Easy & fast….

I am a 3rd timer with Clutch. Since 2019.
Truly the only way I will buy a vehicle. First two purchases I did as buy outs with no extras. This time, we needed a bigger vehicle. 2 growing children, one on the way and a big puppy that is only still growing. I refused to be seen driving a minivan a went with an actual SUV that has more than enough space and so many features that I probably won’t even know what to do with.
The process this time for me, was trade in and have a loan. Super easy and simple and Tyler helped me with all my silly questions and got me the best rates and gave me such an amazing experience. When it was time to do the swap Satpal came and literally explained how it all worked. From start to finish, smile on his face he assured me that it will go smoothly. He was right. He made and went above and beyond for the delivery and pick up of my car.
I will only recommend and ever go through clutch as it’s a caring and truly best car buying experience ever!

Clutch was responsive. Reminded me of my appointment and sent a list of things to do to hand over my car. They handled the drop off and car inspection professionally and paid me exactly as promised. They provided a $50 Uber voucher to get home and the payment for my car was in my bank account before the Uber dropped me off.

The whole experience was transparent and professional right from the start. The money from the sale of my vehicle was deposited into my bank account within 15 minutes of signing the paperwork!

From agreeing online, drop off, inspection and payment the whole in-person experience was amazing. Aldo was able to get insights on my potential next car(manufacturer and model)

Been waiting for a week for a car I wanted to become "available". Spoke to an online rep and they said I had to wait but they would notify my when it was. I get an email and in the 5 seconds between that and looking at the car it's reserved and not available.
What a scam
