I was honestly surprised how easy it was to sell my car to clutch. Answered some questions online and I was given a very reasonable offer for my car. Their team was friendly and very efficient. Pickup was a breeze, they came right to my house with a flatbed truck for a small fee deducted from the offer amount. As Clutch expands, I would suggest creating a few drop off sites east of the GTA to allow customers more options. My drop off option was driving to Mississauga which was greater than 110 km one way (for those that don't wish to have a fee of their offer for pickup).

The initial paper work online was very simple and straight forward to deal with. However, my experience dropping off the car was even more satisfying. The staff were super efficient, very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. the operation was truly seamless. Good job, keep up the good work

The experience was great. The price was really fair and every step from quote to getting the payment was very clear and fast.
Jervin De Roxas did my work in the shop and he was very friendly, fast and fair. He did not try to find an unreasonable problem or excuse to lower the price down and was very fair.

The sale process was efficient and trustworthy. Dealerships offered prices that was $4000 below Clutch and while private sales may net a higher price, I didn’t want to take the risk. The entire process with Clutch was fast, helpful customer service and payments received minutes after signing. Highly recommend as reliable way to sell used car.

Everything was clear from the first phone call and very clear and helpful. The estimate was clear and above what the dealer offered. The exchange was easy, and drop off was easy to find in Ottawa. Submitting the documents and pictures ahead of time was a bonus payment and made the drop-off quick. My son-in-law had a similar experience and was pleased to deal with Clutch. I would do it again.

Car inspector should have told me that he was parking the car but ended driving halfway down the parking lot to "park" the car 10 feet from where it was originally parked instead of me guessing or wondering what was going on .... teachable moment... to always explain the procedure to the seller of the vehicle.

I can’t believe how easy it was to use clutch. I initially tried to sell my lease back to the dealer but they offered almost $5k less and wanted me to bring the car by to look it over and the list went on. Clutch was by far the best car selling experience I have ever had

Honestly, if you are hesitant to try it - dont be! So easy, so smooth and trade in values are a lot higher then anywhere else.
