Kundservice är omöjligt att få kontakt med för en retur av en storlek som inte alls passar enligt Skandinaviska standard och då pratar jag skor.

Hemsidan har en .se-adress, men varorna sänds från Kina. Ingen storlekstabell finns. Klädstorlekarna är 3 storlekar mindre än de europeiska standardstorlekarna. När jag mottog en helt annan vara än den jag beställt i fel material och annan modell fick jag returnera den om jag ville, men betala frakten själv.

Beställde ett par skor, först och främst skickas allt från Kina, inte från Sverige som man kan tro utifrån hemsidan, sedan nu går paketet ej att spåra längre och företaget har helt slutat att svara på mail.

Jag lade en beställning (order #1856) för över 7 veckor sedan. Leveranstiden utlovades till cirka 10 dagar, men paketet har fastnat i Nederländerna i över tre veckor och ingen vet var det är.

Trots att jag kontaktat företaget flera gånger får jag bara standardsvar om att jag kan spåra paketet, men ingen faktisk hjälp eller lösning. Jag har därför begärt att köpet ska makuleras och att pengarna återbetalas via Swish, men får ingen återkoppling alls.

Jag är mycket besviken på både leveranstiden och kundservicen.

Handla inte här!!! Kläderna skickad från Kina och är i fruktansvärt dålig kvalitet.
Dyra priser för kläder som inte en kan användas. Köpte en jacka/kappa som var i tunt polyester tyg, känns som billiga dockkläder.

This company is really bad. The items don't look as it does in the pictures and their customer service is really bad. When they answer its after you have written multiple mails. Return a product is very very difficult.
Don't buy anything from them!

Beställde en Väst i storlek 2XL från COCO Fashion, efter mycket lång leveranstid och en massa uppdateringar med leveransstatus blev Västen till slut levererad.
Det visade sig att storleken 2XL hade ett stussmått motsvarande L-XL. Reklamerade detta och blev ombedd att skicka foto på västen och jag bifogade mått för EU-standard. Fick svar att de levererat rätt Väst enligt beställningen. Om jag inte var nöjd så kunde jag returnera västen och själv betala frakten och blev erbjuden en rabatt på 10% på inköpspriset = 57 SEK vid nästa köp. Jag tackade nej till deras skamliga erbjudande och meddelade att västen kommer jag att skänker till Stadsmissionen. Man gör inte en dålig affär 2 gånger. Säljer man kläder inom EU/SE så förutsätter man att storlekarna följer deras standard - annars har man inte där att göra

They sent me wrong dress, asking me to return it to china and not giving me shipping label. DIdnt give me refund, not responding to my emails. They stole from me!! They are thieves!

DO not purchase from them!

Gömmer sig bakom svensk fasad som får dig att vid första anblick tro att det är ett seriöst svenskt sådant!

HORRIBLE customer service and cheap quality clothing. Asking $100+ for a dress that I could get for $20 at Temu or Shein (and probably even better quality).
They sent me the wrong size, nonetheless the dress quality is cheap (very cheap) and they want me to return the dress to China (so is this truly a Canadian company or just is it just a mask to lure customers?) and ONLY give me 20% refund. Can anyone explain how on earth does that work? Cause my head can’t just process this highway robbery. Very disappointing and will be escalating things to the business bureau if they don’t straighten things out.

Poor quality fabric and incorrect sizes. I spent $214. and they want me to ship to China and it's Coco Canada/Noah Toronto a Canadian company?
Offered 40% refund? My hard earned money and communication via email. I am asking Nelven to call but no response to that. Horrible experience...

If I could give it less than a star, I would. Sizing is waaaay off, quality is extraordinarily sub-par, and one of the items looked NOTHING like the images, nor did any of the fabric match the descriptions. To make matters worse they're trying to get me to accept a 20% refund to avoid ME having to pay shipping on my return. The items aren't worth 20% of what I paid let alone only 20% off!! Buyer BEWARE!

SCAM! Do not purchase from this website. They previously posted the same story about grandmother and granddaughter closing down the business under another name (NOAH Toronto). They will take your money and ship you something that is not what you ordered. Look at the website, it was created in 2025.You think you are ordering from a Canadian company and then it ships from China. I found out the hard way, and I'm hoping that this post will save someone from doing the same......

Bad Quality, wrong prints on fabric.
They promise easy return and money back. But they only give you a 50% voucher on your next buy,….. No thanks, never again.

Coco&Dee It is a scam they are using non real picture I ordered a shoes and Clutch it turned out horrible I contacted the customer service for return and spent more than a month back and forth at last they give me only $60 and I bought them for 130$

Coco&dee this is the most terrible company. I ordered a shoe and bag. At checkout out they gave me a free gift. I was like wooo, how nice ,NOT. 2 weeks later the free gift, BTW was a cheap earing came in the mail. My actual order did not show up. So I waited for a month. I then asked for my refund back they presented the tracker of the earings to my PayPal has delivery, and PayPal favored them. I was MAD.. I went back to PayPal had them rebook at the case and finally I was refunded. COCO &DEE IS A SCAM NEVER BUY ON THAT WEBSITE

Terrible. I tried to return an item of clothing, but they said they don’t have my purchase in the system. Then I gave them my order number and they sent an email saying they will have to “review my purchase” then they will decide if they will accept the return or not. Trash store. Don’t buy from them

Not only super cute but great material too!

Promised refund not received after many attempts. Really poor quality goods - not value for money. They stole $65.
