Never order from them they are scammers and just take your money and never send anything

I have bought two pairs of sneakers, it says in the web they have been delivered but I haven’t received anything. I have written twice to cocosneakers email but haven’t heard back from them. Please be aware of this as you will pay for something that you could never receive

How sad I didn’t read the reviews about Coco Melbourne before!
I ordered 2 Orthopaedic shoes and there is nothing Orthopaedic about them, they are cheap $10 shoes at best.
So not worth it, shame on you Coco Melbourne

SCAM. Sent money via PayPal as donation and package got shipped feom Tenafly NJ and delivered to Tenafly NJ. Had to get ahold of PayPal and they reimbursed me

SCAM! the shoes are from guangdong china. it arrives after 3.5 weeks. according to their website you can return shoes that has been ordered within one month. and if they allow you to return the items, you have to shoulder the shipping cost back to CHINA or HONGKONG!!!

Cheap and nasty. Would never use Coco again. Eventually arrived but not happy with quality and strap fir back was way too short. Impossible to find how to contact them so have written the purchase off to experience.

Ordered a pair of shoes for my kid and never got them. When I reached out to them it turns out that there are multiple scammers selling online under the coco kicks name online. Don’t waste your time or money.

Very poor quality Chinese rip off that doesn't look anything like the picture on the website and is way too small. They don't make it clear that their warehouse is in China and if you require a refund you have to pay for postage back to China! Don't be fooled as I was that this company operates out of Australia!!

14/04 is the date my package was “send to me”. To this day I still don’t have the 2 pairs of shoes i ordered, they don’t email me back even after numerous mails. DON’T BUY HERE !!!

Worse online ever. Don’t buy from this company. Scam. Firstly it took weeks for shoes to arrive. Once did unwearable. Then you find out return is China . Offered 30% refund keep emailing asking for it they currently having refund issues. They let me know when they can give me refund This is advertised as Australian sight no way .! Scam scam scam. absolute scam of a Website. scum sellers. I placed an order for 2 pairs of shows and they took the payment with crypto and ghosted me. i have been emailing and messaging them on whatsapp and 0 responses. Their website should be shut down.

OMG I was reading other people's reviews and totally agree fake company disgusting customer service, hang on there was no customer service, I put into PayPal hands to get a refund as I was not getting anywhere with this company with my parcel, got refund next day from PayPal then my shoes were delivered and I put them straight into bin, plastic and didn't even fit me, don't buy😩

After much problems I finally got them

They are nothing like described came from China. I can't bend them let alone wear them. I broke my foot and needed good support shoes. I am currently trying to get a refund liaising them and PayPal (neither user frendly)
