Fifa World Cup 2026 Coin
I live in the United States and wanted to purchase the Fifa World Cup coin for my grandchildren who live in Australia. I sent a message to see if this was even possible and received a response immediately. The coins purchased were beautifully designed, in stock and the transaction was seamless. He came through with the coins when the mint sold out of the new release
Once again he came through with 2026 new release coins that were no longer available from the mint and notified me as soon as they received them and had them posted out to me promptly and supplied the tracking information and i arrived them within 48 hours i would highly recommended doing business with them and I'm looking forward to purchasing coins in the next new release, thank you very much

Gold Coin
I am happy to have received the gold coin. It was nicely packed and even included some free snacks in the box, which was a thoughtful touch. Thank you.
However, the package arrived later than expected due to Australia Post’s delivery delays.
There was also a small hiccup when placing my order online. I originally ordered only one gold coin, but the website incorrectly recorded the order as two items instead of one. I had to call CoinGems to resolve the issue.
Other than that, everything was satisfactory, and I am pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

Bad Packaging and Tells Furphys- UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS
Adding to my review below- This Business is not trustworthy in my opinion. It tells FURPHYS. I've looked up the business owner and everyone should look this up on the Australian Business Registry before doing business with this shonky dealer (in my experience). The only thing this dealer takes seriously is telling FURPHYS and making money ripping off people like me. My review still stands. I am highly unsatisfied with my recent purchase. The items arrived in very poor quality packaging that offered little protection. When I contacted customer service to address concerns, the response was lacking and sub-par and dismissive. There are several red flags with how this company operates, and the overall experience felt quite off. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
