Customer service is a joke. Non existent at first. They acted like I was verified until I made enough to cash out and then they wanted further verification of my address so I try to send what I use for every other sweepstakes casinos but it would freeze on me and not let me upload it. I message support and don't get a response for 3 almost 4 days. Then they finally message telling me to send it to them. So I do but then they say they don't except my bank. I can't even get them to cancel my redemption so I can play with the money I'm never gonna get. At first I thought this was gonna be my new go to sweepstakes casino but now I can't get verified and they won't let me play with my winnings I tried to redeem. Contacted support, although they are active in the chat, I’ve had no response for 3 days from the support or any email response.
