Well Coinsback Casino started out strong was feeling really comfortable with the casino. They do have a wide variety of games for every player and the site is really easy to use. So this portion I would give 5 stars. Where it starts to go down hill is Support I tried reaching support and didn't hear a thing back from them for a week and even then my issue still was not handled. It goes on from there. Their referral program sounds great and all until you actually refer somebody and they deposit. It still shows that I haven't refered anybody and I'm out the referral bonus. Thier facebook promotions forget it. I didn't receive the reward for doing what they asked. So here I give 0 stars as I can't even receive any bonus. Coinsback Casino in my eyes is more worried about getting followers and positive reviews that they lose focus on everything else which eventually and unfortunately has led to this negative review. My advice would be to pay the bonuses and reward the rewards, don't lose focus on what actually got you the positive reviews or it can and will lead to reviews like this one. Sorry Coinsback you dropped the ball here.

Conceptually, the site is amazing. However, when it comes time to redeem, you get to a point where it says that it is sending you an email code. The code never comes. I tired to redeem for two days (I made about $500 in purchases) and each time it said the code would be sent. Then you email customer support and an AI agent emails you, not understanding the question and flat out stating the system does not request a code for redeeming. I sen screenshots back indicating it did. Finally, a customer support agent chatted me back (after a day) saying my email is showing that it won’t receive emails from coinsbsck. That’s interesting because I get marketing emails AND had about a seven email message with the AI agent. At this point it feels like this site won’t actually let you redeem. Again, I’m not someone who is complaining making a $10 purchase. I leveled up to their next vip level which requires a lot of play through.

I recently purchased 4 different times in the amount of $9.99 each time the money never reached my coinsback casino account, it kept saying pending, it’s been over 24 hours and it’s still not hit my account and now it’s no record of the transaction. I’ve sent them proof of the money coming out of my Skrill account and the pending transaction ( now no record of) at this point am I just out or $40 and why can’t anyone but AI assist me!!!

Customer service is a joke. Non existent at first. They acted like I was verified until I made enough to cash out and then they wanted further verification of my address so I try to send what I use for every other sweepstakes casinos but it would freeze on me and not let me upload it. I message support and don't get a response for 3 almost 4 days. Then they finally message telling me to send it to them. So I do but then they say they don't except my bank. I can't even get them to cancel my redemption so I can play with the money I'm never gonna get. At first I thought this was gonna be my new go to sweepstakes casino but now I can't get verified and they won't let me play with my winnings I tried to redeem. Just saying be careful and be prepared to verify your account again and more thoroughly is all. If they would of cashed me out I would of gave them 5 stars for how they portray to be. If anything changes I'll update but seriously doubt they do anything to help me get the 100 I won. All that for just 100 sc.
