I purchased some shorts. Beforehand i had enquired about sizes and they were really quick to respond and helped me out straightaway. I ordered and they came within the next few days. Shorts fitted perfectly. Would definitely order again and would 100% recommend. Amazing brand!

First of all, the clothes are exceptional. Truly lovely quality on everything I’ve ordered. I’ve placed 3 orders with the company. Not always smooth sailing with order - there were some production problems which weren’t communicated clearly. However customer service resolved and once refund was issued I received money back very quickly. I then wanted an item but needed for a particular day and customer service helped me out a lot with this matter in a prompt and efficient way. I would definitely order from the company again despite some hiccups.

Cold Laundry’s pants are some of the softest and some of the most comfortable. I consider myself to be a big sweatpant fanatic, and Cold Laundry’s Lounge & Jersey pants are absolutely top notch. The silhouette is refreshing and beautiful!

I knew Cold Laundry was going to be a whole experience when I first saw their campaign on Instagram. There was so much thought and detail and artistry that had gone into that shoot. Happy to say that everything – from the clothing, to the packaging, to the customer service – follows suit. And I mean everything. The super-soft feel of the tracksuit, the style of the trainers, even the Cold Laundry tape wrapped around the package. There's even a separate Instagram account where you can DM about sizes. Big, big fan.

I recommend at 100% shopping on Cold Laundry. It is a safe and serious website. You’ll find really good clothes such as pants, hoodie, jacket... all of these clothes are minimalist and are beautiful !

I ordered a tracksuit set with 2-7 days delivery. I had no confirmation email, no tracking number. A week passed and still nothing. I tried contacting the brand 4 times, they ignored all my emails. After a month I finally received my tracksuit. Unfortunately I did not fit. So I sent the clothing back to their return and address. I had been waiting for my refund for 2 months. The company ignored all my emails about the return. In the end my bank had to reverse the transaction because they were trying to scam me out of my money

I Love cold laundry ! My wardrobe is literally 70% cold laundry right now! The pieces I bought from the new collection are a great addition such great quality!

I own both one of their suits and a sweatshirt. The quality and cut of the garment is insane, however good the design is they really need to sort out the business end of fashion because shipping is unbelievably slow. Getting contact back from them is almost impossible with zero customer service. The most frustrating shopping experience of my life, I'd suggest just visiting their store instead

Fraudulent. A company that started on the basis of "breaking the negative stigma attached to fast fashion by consciously making decisions to say no to unfair trade practices" sells you dropshipped products. The hypocrisy in this one.

Their customer service is even worse. Don't order here, it's dropshipping with their own label attached. You're buying overpriced products made in China while Cold Laundry claims they're made in South-Korea.

Order on 26th December and received my item over a month later in late January.
Emails were infrequent and barely replied to. Responses were blunt and often rude.
The item arrived in a tattered and half opened box after several emails from me trying to cancel and refund my order.
Sent it back immediately and was told to wait up to 15 days for a refund.
After 30 plus emails with barely any responses and no reasons why my refund was delayed, I finally received my refund in early March, over 6 weeks later!!!
Seriously recommend no one to buy from this unorganised company.
The product is not good quality and is bought from a Chinese wholesale site for a fraction of the price. It’s a scam!

Trouble getting a refund? Report them to Trading Standards UK and give them reviews.

i am also one of the victims who got scammed by them. they kept me waiting for over 2 months and I am still waiting for my refund. every time I mailed them, they always come up with different excuses for example the warehouse team had issues or there are problems with the refund system. if theres anyone who lives in the UK and also got scammed by them, please report those people to the police. they need to get shut down so that others wont fall for their scams
