Exceptional service is what separates companies in today's multitude of social media offers and direct import internet services. I invested into the Coldture system two years ago and had trouble with my chiller unit just as the guaranty had expired. The company took in my unit, repaired it and sent it back free of charge. They understood that my 4000$ investment and the way I used my unit should last more then two years. They could have turned a blind eye. They could have said, back luck really and sorry for this but thats that! They did the opposite and understood my claim and repaired the unit. The change in function was immediate. I saw right away the repair had made a significant change in how it worked. Coldture has secured my confidence in them as a provider of this type of product. I know each dollar invested in their systems will be met with serious and diligent after sales services. Thanks everyone at Coldture, you guys rock!

The Coldture team made the entire process—from purchase to delivery to installation—so easy and seamless. Even when we weren’t sure what we were doing, they provided helpful videos and even hopped on a video call to walk us through everything and answer our questions! Gad was excellent to deal with. We had a little snafu at the beginning of the process but in the end Coldture came through and delivered on their warranty and product quality. I'm an avid plunger and very happy with the experience. There were some pieces missing with chiller and he was available by phone to rectify the situation without hesitation. If I had a company I would arrive to have this level of customer service!
Got the chiller and broke after 3 months. The support was useless and pretty slow. They didnt refund me and shipped a used chiller. And i got stuck w 2 chillers now that i probably gonna trash.
The product itself is excellent, but I was compelled to share a review (not something I normally do) to share some appreciation for the amazing customer service I experienced. The day after my tub was delivered, I got a call from Mark at Coldture who was checking in to see if I was happy with the order. He also got on facetime and helped me with setup, and just was extremely helpful all around. I was kind of amazed by the level of care and felt like it deserved to be acknowledged.
Great product, great customer service! Definitely going to be getting more Coldture items in the future.

I purchased one of their chiller unit and bath attachment for my wife's birthday as a surprise. Unfortunately she has no use for it.
When I inquired about returning the unit and attachment I was told that I would be responsible for a 30% restocking fee as outlined in their return policy. The funny thing is that you return policy only refers to a 15% restocking fee!!!
Regardless of their return policy, I thought I was entering a risk free transaction because of their "Worry-free plunging for 30 days. Try Coldture for 30 days. If you don't love it. Get a 100% refund. No questions asked." claim. So much for honouring their claim...
I am embarrassed that this company is Canadian.

Coldture has incredible customer service, excellent prices and a superior high-end product. I highly recommend Coldture to anyone who is looking to get into cold plunging or to someone who is already a seasoned veteran. There are multiple sizes and price points, as well as portable models. I was extremely happy with my purchase, and the associated customer service.
It’s an amazing cold tub. I have three in my commercial unit. The technician that comes in service them is clean, courteous and always prompt on time. The service they provide is AAA
In working to upgrade my cold tub set up the sales team at ColdTure could not have been more patient and kind.
They answered every question I had. Thanks!

Edit #1: I was waiting for a ship notice so I followed up with ColdTure, 8 days post purchase. Well, after a few reps gave me the stock answer I spoke with the sales rep. I found out the unit I ordered is on back order for two weeks....which I was not told when I ordered.

I have had it about one month, it is an upgrade from a drop stitch tub with chiller.
Pros: Clean look, insulated cover, rotomolded tub with insulation, components covered, timer (to shut on/off) via control panel not in an app, temps from 37-105F.
Con: Communications around shipping

I have purchased five cold plunges from Coldture to date. They are, in two words, THE BEST! Starting my morning without a Coldture cold plunge is like starting with coffee. (In fact, Coldture is my coffee as the endorphin highs last for hours…don’t require coffee with their amazing cold plunges). And customer service is the best. You gain the true measure of an organization when things go wrong. One of my CP had an issue…they replaced the entire unit, no questions asked. They stand above all the others and I have done my research. Go Goldture!

Have to tell you that there is service and there is Hospitality!! I had the pleasure of working with Lee to help me out with setting up our coldture Pro plunge and he went ABOVE and BEYOND- working with me on a FaceTime call to ensure everything was going great.
He was patient, incredibly well informed, and if he didn’t know the answer to something he immediately went and found it out for me. This wasn’t a 9-5 thing- he worked with me at all hours to ensure we got what we needed! So amazing! Appreciate you Lee so much!
Then not knowing if this was a one off or not- I then was having trouble with the link to purchase a start up chemical pack for the tub and sent an email to Josh who was originally helping me order it (Lee introduced the two of us). It is 10:00 PM now and I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE with Josh from Fernie who helped me get exactly what we needed.
This is not your ordinary company!! This is good old fashioned Canadian Hosptiality and it makes me so damn proud to have bought from them!
The tub is incredible in terms of workmanship and quality but it’s the People who truly made this Canadian company something special!
