Nice experience with finding an apartment
Moving to Dubai as a newbie was pretty overwhelming, especially trying to find a place that actually felt comfortable and welcoming. Colife made everything so much easier -they helped me find an apartment where I could bring my pet, which was a huge relief. The place was fully furnished, all bills included, and the team was super quick to help whenever I had questions. Honestly, it really felt like my own little sanctuary right from the start. Definitely recommend it to anyone moving here👍

Incredible experience
I moved to Dubai for work and had been searching for an apartment for a long time. Most of the options were either too expensive or not pleasant to look at. Then I found a service called Colife, and I was genuinely surprised. The apartments were nice, the service was great. I was really pleased with my stay.

Bad service and fake reviews
The reveiws recently posted here from Russian ladies " kind of tourists " are fake as done by their team as to clear all negative comments and stayed with them as well as other flatmates but any small thing we asked they just ignored, and made excusses just not even to buy a towel but charge for it. Many tenants left, and they didn't return their deposit as playing a game . overpriced and not supportive at all . just chasing money bud do not know how to manage apartments

The apartment was clean, fully ready to move in, and I didn’t have to worry about internet or utilities
There was one issue on the first day: the door code wasn’t working, so I had to wait a bit. It got fixed pretty quickly, but it would be nice if things like that were checked in advance😌
Aside from that, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience

Good experience overall with Colife
Rented a studio near Business Bay through Colife — super convenient location, and the place was fully set up, so I could just move in and not worry about anything. Had a small issue with the lock once, but support was quick and easy to deal with. I also went to a few Colife community events — really chill vibe and a cool way to meet new people. Overall, smooth experience with no major headaches.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with Colife, and my experience was largely positive. The apartment was immaculate and move-in ready, giving off a great first impression that set the tone for my stay. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a thoughtful package containing essential items like water, toiletries, and biscuits. This simple yet considerate gesture made me feel immediately at home and demonstrated Colife’s commitment to a warm introduction. However, there will be issues (such as AC not working), this unfortunately can happen in any (new or old) building, this needs to be addressed A.S.A.P., as will take time.
The management team at Colife proved to be both supportive and professional, addressing a variety of issues promptly. However, one piece of advice I’d share for prospective tenants is to thoroughly inspect the living space before signing any lease or making any payment. While the company is geared up to assist with any future concerns, it’s important not to rely solely on their promises—ensuring that all amenities and functionalities meet your needs right from the beginning is essential. Advocate for yourself and make sure you’re thoroughly comfortable with everything before moving forward.
In my view, Colife stands out as one of the best middle management companies in its class. Their efficient operations and helpful team contribute to a generally positive living experience. Just remember to stay proactive—be thorough with your check-ins, and avoid any pressure into making hasty decisions. While their system is designed to manage day-to-day issues, it might not be as seamless as dealing directly with the owner for major concerns. Overall, I expect to have many more good stays with Colife and would recommend them to anyone seeking a well-managed, clean, and welcoming living space.

My experience with Colife
I’d like to share my experience of living with Colife. I stayed in Dubai for one month and lived in an apartment in Dubai Marina. When choosing accommodation, location, price, and beautiful interior were important factors for me. I was satisfied with the service provided.
I would also like to highlight the work of the manager, Ella — she responded to my questions promptly and helped me with the check-in process. I also had the chance to attend a padel session organized for the residents, which was a great opportunity to meet new people.

I’m actually in shock in how I have been treated by this company. Not only are the fees very over priced for the standard of living the apartment holds, the customer service I have received in the build up to moving out has been beyond shocking.
The apartment was infested with cockroaches, at the same time the AC broke down, and the company couldn’t find me a temporary apartment so I was forced to stay in the apartment and become intoxicated with the fumes.
A friend of mine had to help me get through to management to find me a temporary apartment and we were confronted by the rudest manager, who swore used disgraceful language.
Understandably, I decided to move out early after being treated like this, even though I had paid for the remaining month.
Since then I have been met with appalling service, passed around, promised lies and ignored as I legally am required my deposit back.
Stay away at all costs

Sham, Sweating, and Surrounded by Roaches
Our experience was extremely disappointing and far from the restful, enjoyable holiday one would expect from a luxury apartment. From the start, things went downhill; the air conditioning took ages to fix, the fridge wasn't working and our food was always spoilt only to send a replacement after a full 8 days had passed, and worst of all, the place was infested with cockroaches. Reaching out to the Colife team or their support was pointless; they were consistently unhelpful.
On top of that, our stay was constantly disrupted by people coming in and out to view the apartment, an unacceptable intrusion.
Despite confirming that everything was in perfect condition upon both check-in and check-out, they later claimed towels were missing as an excuse to withhold part of the deposit, a shady and dishonest tactic.
Overall, a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

Daughter rented a lovely apartment in dubai marina from these people but had to move out after one nights stay within 24 hours. Couldn't sleep due to noise. Her mum was with her and she too got no sleep whatsoever. It was a horrific experience. Moved first thing the next morning to a hotel themselves. Colife haven't responded to my calls or whats apps and clearly couldn't care less when things don't work out. She has essentially paid 20,000 AED for one nights stay - which seems to be all they care about. The issue was escalated to management who just ignore messages. Disgusting. AVOID

Rent with Colife Dubai Marina
I rented an apartment in Bay Central Dubai with Colife for 4 months. The onboarding with them was very smooth and simple. During my staying there I had a chat with them where they were giving me support any time i needed it in a very quick manner. Also the check out was smooth and they refunded me the deposit after 1 week. When i go back to Dubai i will definitely rent from them again. Reccomended

I had an unpleasant experience at colife twice. First time was with my roommate, I was living peacefully until this roommate came to live with me. She was unbearable, she constantly mentally abused me, she was not kind and she made me reach to a point where I had frequent panic attacks and reaching out to colife, they did nothing much in first few days until it reached to a point of no adjustments.I asked them to give my deposit back as I was suffering a lot and they refused to do so.I sent several messages regarding the situation and my mental health was getting really worse, after many conversations with co life they finally found a way to change my location and room. They offered me a room and a different building to stay in, i made sure I had nothing else to pay for before moving in that space. After moving in to a new place, 8 days later they asked me to pay 800 dirhams along with rent out of the blue. I told them that no one mentioned anything about paying any amount and I had proofs as well but they denied and refused and I was forced to pay that amount by arranging the money. Btw I have been staying at co life since Sep 2023-Aug2024. Recently, they deducted the amount of deposit. It was falsely claimed. I am still having a conversation with them trying to prove that it was unfair of colife to do so. They charged me for someone else’s damage. Its not fair. Overall, my experience with colife was average.

До получения денег сотрудники вели себя весьма любезно, но как только сделка была завершена, моё внимание резко исчезло. Любые возникшие вопросы отправляют задавать боту, который, к сожалению, также не отвечает. Это случилось после того, как я уже заплатил, и я почувствовал себя оставить без поддержки.
Что касается самой квартиры, она действительно неплохо отремонтирована, но ценовая политика агентства настораживает. Цены на аренду завышены на 30-40%, и при более тщательном поиске можно найти варианты значительно лучше. Я ожидал, что компания будет ориентироваться на интересы клиентов и обеспечивать качественное обслуживание, но оказался разочарован.
На основании моего опыта, я не могу рекомендовать это агентство. Они явно не ценят своих клиентов и после получения платежа просто теряют интерес. Если вы ищете надежное место для аренды, лучше обратить внимание на другие варианты.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service quality. Managers were quick to respond and demonstrated great dedication selecting the apartment for my needs. I was on business trip when my accommodation search started so Colife provided me with online viewing opportunity. Moved in as soon as I came back with no hesitation

Previously I’ve been renting from landlord directly and long story short it was a struggle. Colife turned out to be a perfect option for me. The terms of contract are reasonable and I don’t have to keep bills and maintenance in mind which is convenient. Thanks to the management and keep up the good job
