Worst company @Collarklub. I had ordered 3 track pants from their website. 1st thing is that I received my parcel after 1 month from the order date. 2nd thing is that those pants looks like a rag or thrifted piece of cloth that he delivered. 3rd thing is that he demanded for cash rather than online mode of payment to do a scam or fraud. Because online payment has authenticity or record and there is no record of offline mode of payment.

I have so many complaints for Collarklub's order compliance, Delivery problem, wrong material Delivery , Not responding to my mails, messages and complains. This company seems totally fake company or having no good management system. Soon I am going to lodge a legal complaint against my Orders placed, Payment made but materials not supplied by the company, wrong materials supplied against my Orders. No Return /Replacement policy etc.

pathetic experience. I was given wrong products. No response to my email. Phone no invalid. The email says they did not accept request when I sent message to their support. The portal itself not days store unavailable. Pl don't buy anything from this portal

I ordered 3 shirts and prepaid for the order. wrong color and design of all 3 shirts. Wrong size.
Trying to reach the support service via email and contact number, both are not working. Mail bounced back and mobile number out of service.
Not a trustworthy supplier as shown in their advertisments.

They do not sell anything, The website shows some good pictures of the products, might be taken from somewhere else. I purchased some shirts from this website and the order is never delivered.
I called on the number they have provided but in Vain.
The number does not exist, even I opened the website today and the website also doesn't exists.
They also have a YouTube channel showing the products and the comment section of full of complaints. They literally are frauds.

Yes this is fake! I paid and ordered 2 shirts on 6th May and initial delivery date was 14th and i yet to get the product. No response to the mail I send on 19th May. Don't get cheated. This seller need to be banned in all online shopping apps/sites.

Order ID #ck85600 placed on 09 May 2026 for Men's Casual Half Sleeve Shirt - Multicolor | HHS-30 - XL size. But one red check colored shirt is XXL size , one shirt is of M size and two others are T shirts of L instead of shirts. I am attaching the images and payment details for the same please arrange for pick up of WRONG delivery and for refund the amount. It seems the company itself is fake and are supplying old refurbished cloths. please be careful

I would like to report the business/page associated with for suspected online shopping fraud and misleading advertisements.

I ordered clothing products from this website after seeing promotions online and made payment through UPI. However, the seller delivered completely different and very poor-quality products that do not match the items shown on the website.

The delivered clothes are dirty, damaged, and have a bad smell. The customer support number provided by the seller is not working, and there has been no response regarding refund or return.

Multiple customers online are also reporting similar complaints against this business.

I request the platform to investigate the account/page for fraudulent activity, misleading advertisements, and cheating customers through online promotions.

This collar klub is cheating the customers. I received wrong delivery 3 days back. This material that I received was just like used and waste cloth. There is no helpline to take return. Email was undelivered means wrong email address given in the site. My order no.82122

My Collarklub order #ck82844 for half sleeve shirt of white and orange red cheched one but they have delivered black designed shirt on 12th May. As per Return Policy I have to take action within a week and am sending emails daily to take return of the wrong product either for refund or for exchange of right product. Four days gone but no proper reply is received from Collarklub.
