The company is We Migrate 365, with office address: Office 1703, Tower Plaza Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE.

I was given an agreement letter on 23 August 2025. It has been 8 months now, and I have still not received any approval letter or offer letter. They have taken 5,500 AED from me, but have not provided anything so far.

These office people are earning unlawful money. I am very परेशान and I am a resident of India. The case manager, Ayra, sends fake emails.

I have suffered a huge loss of money and time. My father has also passed away, and I have lost the will to live. I am planning to come to Dubai and end my life. They have completely ruined my time and money.

Very bad experience. I paid 4,500 for a Luxembourg work permit, but this company seems completely unreliable. After taking the money, their communication became poor and they failed to provide any real progress or proof of work.
Unprofessional staff, misleading promises, and no transparency at all. Feels like a scam.
Strongly not recommended. Do not trust them with your money.

My experience is the worst with this office. First I was delayed for a long time, after that money was taken from me, after that so many fake mails came from the office, after that everything disappeared, now contact me again.The money is there and visas have been submitted to two other places, it means this is so much delay in the office, what should I say, the biggest thing is that the office people have wasted time, Madam Farzana Madam Ayra, I do not trust this office.

I signed contracts with We Migrate 365 LLC FZ (License No.: 2533212.01) on 25 July 2025 for two European work permits—one for myself and one for my friend.

A representative named Garry promised via WhatsApp that both visas would be processed within 4 months. Based on this promise, I paid 5,592 AED total from my personal account for both applications.

After payment, they sent a list of countries to choose from. Later, they emailed us mentioning completely different countries than the ones we selected—with no explanation.

When the 4-month period passed with no progress, a new representative named Ayra appeared, claiming Garry was on holiday. She asked us to restart the entire process from the beginning. After that, all communication stopped.

Ayra does not reply to WhatsApp messages. Emails go unanswered. No work permits have been processed. No service has been delivered.

The company's website was registered on 13 June 2025—barely one month before taking our money.

I have filed official complaints with Dubai Police and DET. My friend is in Dubai and available to authorities if needed.

I am sharing this so others verify this company thoroughly before making any payment.

I would like to report Wemigrate365 for scamming me.
I applied through them for a Europe work visa. At that time, they told me to pay certain fees, and I paid 7,000 AED. After receiving the payment, they sent me a payment confirmation and said my amount was verified.
Initially, I was communicating with a sales agent named Garry, who said he was from Mumbai, India. Later, he was replaced by another agent named Arya, who was also from India. She told me that my file had not been opened yet and that she would start the process immediately.
Now it has been more than six months. No one answers my calls or gives me any clear or positive response. When I call from different numbers, they apologize and say that both agents were fired. Then another person says they are handling my case and will update me—but no one ever follows up.
They are not even clear about which country I applied for. Sometimes they say Luxembourg, then Italy, and now Austria. Their information keeps changing.
I have been working in the UAE for three years in an odd job. It was very difficult for me to arrange this money. I feel deeply hurt and stressed because of this situation.
Please do not trust such agencies in the UAE.
Kindly help and take strict action against them.
