The knee pads are great
The knee pads are great. The XXL are perfect for a big man. They were delivered quickly and in perfect shape. I feel they will protect my knees well in the event of a fall.

Return process a bit clunky
I order a pair of cycling shorts, same brand same size as the ones I already had, so I thought they would be a sure thing. However the new shorts were smaller and fit too tight. I returned them, but the return process is a bit clunky, first I had to find the place in the webpage to do returns, took a bit of searching, then I had to take photos of the shorts and upload them to the webpage, then "apply to get refunded", a few days later I was aproved and provided a return approval, and then I had to go to the post office to ship them and pay to send the shorts back.

Worst return policy I’ve ever experienced by far!!!! Will never order from you again because of how inconvenient and costly you make it for the buyer to return an item.
