Great product and service, delivered promptly and exactly as promised
Ordered a tall column radiator from their own brand range for our kitchen. I was slightly nervous in doing so as I didn't want it to look cheap. There was nothing whatsoever to worry about, it arrived promptly and as promised and looks great on the wall.
Column Radiators 4u was recommended to me by a fried who has ordered multiple radiators from them across a couple of other brands; all look great and he has also only had excellent service.

We found just what we were looking for. The product arrived quickly and was perfectly packed so that the product wasn't damaged. T he plumber fitted it today and it looks great. fab service, would highly recommend.

Great advice and service
I can't recommend this company more. I knew nothing about the technicalities of radiators and their salesman was excellent in explaining it all to me, without being patronising. Delivery was on time and price was very reasonable.

After reading the review Paul Duffy our General Manager did call you but unfortunately was unable to speak with you, so left a detailed voice-mail. We have held an internal investigation to see what we could have done better relating to your comments.
Reference: Delivery Not Being Next Day
Due to the radiators being sent directly from the manufacturer, we had to investigate the delivery challenge with them.
I was advised this did go out on next day delivery service as we advertise but nobody was at home to sign for the delivery, so the delivery failed. I was informed the carriers left a card at 11:32 on 23/06/16, and then delivery did take place on 24/06/16 at 13:17.
Due to the radiators being such a large item they do need to be signed for and checked at point of delivery, if nobody is there to sign for the items then the carriers do have to take it away with them.
Again, thank you for your feedback and our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Good product but reservation
Fixing of the radiators need a lot if time to do. Very fiddly. You can come up with a better method needs some thought.

We have passed your comments on to the manufacturer regarding the brackets being difficult to install.
We have asked them to look at an alternative fitting method, and will continuously be working with them to ensure improvements are always made were necessary.

I wanted something different and by george I got it. These are amazing statement radiators at a very reasonable price. Very impressed with communication and delivery from company. Now I have two astonishing pieces of art in my lounge that I will never tire of. Thank you.

Good, good and good.
Delivered as promised. Well packaged and in good condition, I received an upgrade on one radiator as the one I orded was out of stock. Radiators have been fitted but not commissioned at time of writing this review. Plumber said they were of good quality and look great.
