Absolutely appalling. How this this company is able promote themselves as a service for the disabled is beyond me. Totally unreliable not fit for purpose there must be someone who can look into this disgraceful company supposedly for travelling disabled people. laughable shame if it wasn’t for the fact that they are letting down vulnerable people. Fraudsters that can not be trusted.

Concab sent an Addison Lee cab. I was going to Specsavers walworth road londonSE 17. The driver took me to anilyse Street. I had to walk at least 2000 metres. I have breathing difficulties and the driver would have seen this as I had breathing apparatus attached to my nose and had the pump in a rucksack.The driver could have parked outside Specsavers. Rude sassy customer service agent raising her voice at me !!! Took them to mark it as urgent after calling 3 times and still no sign of a cab.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.
Left a 90yo wheel chair bound army veteran stranded at a restaurant... despite prebooking in advance. Waited over 2 hours. One.cab driver saw wheelchair and.said he didn't have time. Ended up pushing wheelchair and buses to get back home.
Do not use them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - booked a taxi the night before for a wedding the following day. Taxi due at 13:40 - still not arrived 10 minutes later. Rang the company and explained that I had booked it, operator said it doesn’t matter still trying to allocate a taxi. No apology or anything, he wasn’t interested. Had to cancel and managed to get an UBER - absolutely superb service you might pay more but they turn up. Absolutely shocking company and will never use again and will tell everyone else not to as well.

Appalling service
Appalling service it highlights the discrimination against disabled people when they don’t have drivers to take the jobs! Nearly two hours in central London with two young children. Cans are available and plentiful for everyone else but com cab cannot locate a driver. We just took an Uber in the end and I will be complaining to my local council about this scheme. Either have the cabs available for disabled passengers or scrap the scheme but don’t pretend and take us for fools whilst someone is making a profit on the contract 😡
NO SHOW FOR PRE-BOOKED CAB
After searching for a taxi that accommodates wheelchairs, we decided on Comcab and with TWO WEEKS NOTICE booked a cab to go from Croydon to the West End (and back) to watch a play. On the day NO CAB ARRIVED and after 15 minutes waiting, we called and PUT ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES eventually being told NO DRIVER IS AVAILABLE.
We then had to try our luck with other cab firms but then Comcab sent a text saying a driver is on his way after all! Waited 30 MINUTES but STILL NO SHOW. Called again, on hold again and were told the TEXT WAS SENT IN ERROR AND THERE WERE NO DRIVERS.
We had to take a bus, a train another bus and lots of pushing the wheelchair.
Our journey was for a West End show. Imagine if it had been for a flight or hospital appointment.
COMCAB ARE COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND UNABLE TO PROVIDE A CAB SERVICE EVEN PRE-BOOKED TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I would not use this company as they cancelled our taxi an hour after it was due! I had booked it several weeks in advance to take myself and a friend,who is in a wheelchair, to a Westend Show.
The process was a catalogue of errors and inconveniences. Firstly, we received a number of texts and emails the week before travel to say our booking was cancelled. When I emailed, it was still on the system.
On the day, when the taxi did not arrive, I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes for my call to be answered onl to be told to wait for a driver to come available. When we did get a text to say the taxi was on its way, it didn't arrive and we had to wait on hold for another ten minutes, only to be told that there were no drivers and they had to cancel. We then had to rush to the show on public transport which was stressful and inconvenient.
A lot of stress, worry and disappointment so avoid!
Stranded
This company should be ashamed of itself! I pre booked a disabled taxi for my mum. She had come from Manchester for wedding dress shopping and I wanted everything to run smoothly. The company said it would be no problem. After waiting 20mins after they were supposed to be there I called them and they informed me they hadn’t even dispatched the taxi. That they did not know when they would have a taxi. They did not give a flying monkeys that we were left stranded. I had to call my dad back from Manchester to come and collect us which meant I missed my other appointment and my mum was left so disappointed and was blaming herself because she was in a chair and saying she was the inconvenience! You are disgusting people and should be ashamed of yourself!

We live in the centre of Liverpool. I ordered cab yesterday morning for 6pm. I got a call at 6:40 pm saying that the cab was outside.
We were already where we wanted to go by this time, having called Delta who took 2 or 3 minutes to arrive. Draw your own conclusions
GREAT SERVICE
On a recent trip to Liverpool, I used the ComCab app a few times. It was awesome, we just entered where we were and where we were going and before long a taxi would show up and take us there. Made it so easy to get cabs whenever we needed them instead of hunting around for parked cabs or a taxi rank. Wish we had a similar app and service in Birmingham. Very impressed.

Awfully bad taxi service (Liverpool)... Waited over 2 and a half hours. With my partner who is in a wheelchair.. . They just make excuses as to why the taxi will be late when contacted whilst waiting... Then after 2 and a half hours waiting for them.. They tell lies that the taxi had been and nobody was there... The lies annoyed me more than the wait to be honest... Will never use these clowns ever again.. And will be telling everybody I know to avoid this company..

The service is totally unreliable and is always hit and miss. My 91 year old friend and I booked their service hours in advance and despite calling to find out where the cab was - none came.
