I have been trying to exchange the sheets because they are the wrong size, but get no response on how to start that process.

Sheets were wrong size, 5 inches too short. Would not take return of opened product despite it being advertised as the wrong size.

Where is my order. Been sitting in San Antonio Texas since June 18th

My Goodness this company needs to be shut down. I ordered a Duvet Cover set from EBay and they refunded me before the arrival date saying it had been lost in the post. So I ordered the same cover on Amazon and they have said it’s been posted. Extended the arrival date to today and it hasn’t arrived (Funny That!). Please do not waste your money on this company go else where!

Very well made ,Fit just right .Cotton ,not Chinese Bamboo from amazon. Excellent price for hard to find size. Reasonable shipping with tracking . Very happy!

Order arrived late. Packaging was cheap. I thought I was ordering from SGI Bedding, but they rebranded, probably due to poor reviews. The fitted sheet shrunk after first wash and won’t fit my mattress. The hem is a single stitch, which is already coming apart. Strings everywhere. They won’t respond to me at all. They vanished. “Satisfaction guaranteed” is a complete lie. I guess I’ll try to make a dress with the material.

The sheets are very comfortable, even brand new. They're nice and lightweight, good for the warmer seasons. Also, the kingsize pillowcases actually fit the kingsize pillows, which doesn't always happen with other brands.

Wrong size sent. Sheets shrunk upon washing and not very good Egyptian cotton. Very disappointing.

My bed skirt arrived in a reasonable timeframe. I opened it and was very pleased with the color (it matches my duvet!) and the fabric. LOVE IT. Comfort Beddings for the win!

The sheets are too small. They were supposed to be king-size but they don't fit my king-sized waterbed.

Part of my order never arrived. The order consisted of LUXURY NAVY BLUE FLAT SHEETS × 2 and LUXURY NAVY BLUE DUVET COVER SET × 1. I have only received the Duvet Cover set. Order CBUSA2735

Ordered their most premium pillow set, which is supposed to include removable, quilted covers.
Ended up receiving some very cheap looking pillows, with no covers - so not worthy of the premium price point they received from me.
They now expect me to mess about returning the pillows and covering the return shipping fees, after they have tried to rip me off.
Do not ever buy from them, they are laughable.

Well-made bed skirt. The material was good quality and looked great, once ironed. Would have given 5 stars but the shipment took time, most likely due to being an international shipment.

I tried contacting customer service via email and phone several times...but got nothing back. The sheets did come yesterday

I’ve ordered a duvet from this company, I certainly wouldn’t have purchased from them if I’d have known they use Hermes as a carrier. Failed to deliver today as stated. Knowing Hermes I’ll never see my order.
Edited to say the firm I am buying from have been very apologetic & helpful, it’s not their fault it’s the useless carrier.

The delivery took a while to come but not unreasonably long. The item is fine in fact excellent for the price, but not as luxurious as the picture made it look so it was disappointing initially, but because of the price it was good value.

High quality fabric, great fit for RV short Queen mattres.

The skirt is very nice! Took a long time getting here but the wait was worth it!

I measured the sheets to fit our mattress and they were the same size as the order but when I received them, I washed them and they would not fit. Very disappointed there was $89.00 down the drain.
