I had bought bedsheets from Comfort Beddings back in May this year and had loved the product quality. I had left a review for the same as well.

I placed an order for 2 more bedsheets on their 1+1 offer, to gift to my friends during the Diwali festival. Though the purchase was made for 1+1 bedsheets; I received only 1 of them. For more than a week I have been trying to find some resolution to this issue via emails, customer service numbers, and WhatsApp; but there has been no help provided from Comfort Beddings yet. Though I had liked the bedsheet quality last time and had thought of making regular purchases from them, this horrible customer service experience has now convinced me that this is the last purchase I will ever make from this company.

I tried contacting the company through email and messaging to request a refund and or replacement due to it, not being the correct size, too small. No response.

The bedding came fast.
The quality is exactly as described. I would highly recommend and will purchase from this company again.

After placing the order I never received any kind of update regarding shipping. I sent an email a week after placing the order and never got a reply. I was about to file a complaint with Paypal when the order arrived. The fitted sheet was the correct size and fit the V-berth in my boat. The pillowcases were king size, which for a standard V-berth, I thought rather odd. I would have preferred standard size pillowcases. Pet hair and lint really cling to the fabric, so I often had to use a lint roller to keep the sheets looking clean. For the price, it's probably a decent value, but they need to communicate and keep customers up to date on shipping information and reply to emails.

Package was delivered to wrong state and address. Customer service is awful and will not answer my emails or messages. I believe this is a bogus company

Request a return for one item that came the wrong color. No response from you

Didn't fit the recommended size of our water bed, the sheets were too narrow in width, we have a single double water bed size 48'x84'. Other than that it is very nice material Egyptian cotton and packaging.

I am sad to say that this sheet set does not fit my California king bed even though they say it should. I tried to return it and their website says that I have the wrong information that my order number and my email is wrong and it's not so now I can't even exchange it or return it . So I'm out $70 so I don't know what to do.

These sheets are absolute junk! We ordered a Queen-sized waterbed sheet set. It doesn't even come close to fitting our Queen mattress and the pockets are a complete joke. Because we washed the sheets before trying them we are certain that trying to return them would be a complete waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE - Do not order unless 100% sure of your order because there is a good chance you will not be able to get a refund. I was offered a 30% refund for 2 bedskirts I purchased. I ordered 2 different lengths because was not sure which would work best for my adjustable bed, intending to keep one. Decided to return both as did not love either. Offered 30% refund and so far no response to further question, so I do not know how to even get that much back. ORDER ELSEWHERE.

Product was very high quality and arrived very quickly

Zero response from customer service. No contact number just email. I tried to cancel this order three times but zero response. Bedding arrived anyway and is thick and heavy. Color is great. Missing flat sheet but I won’t use the sheets anyway to scratchy and low quality.

The sheets are nice enough, but are only 66" wide for a California King bed, which is 72" wide, therefore are useless to me. Attempts to resolve this with the company have gotten no response.

Sheets are not as described. Fabric is very very thin and from India. Not made in USA.
