This is definitely a scam. I received one of my two products and reached out asking about it. I got one response back asking what product I had received and what product I was missing. I replied and waited for about a week and a half, and when I didn't hear back, I reached out again about the missing product - still no response. By this time I just wanted a refund for the product I did not receive. Still got no answer. Don't waste your time and money on these guys. The products are shipped from a warehouse in China, so it takes forever to get things. I could have gotten a better blanket for less money elsewhere. Heck, if I would have bought my own fabric and made one the cost, time and headache would have been far less.

100% scam. I ordered an express tracked parcel in early December which never arrived. First they apologised and offered to reship with a third pair of slippers so I waited another month and nothing arrived. I complained and this time they said they shipped again but did not even give me an order number or tracking number. And they wouldnt include a name in their correspondence and ignored my query re who i was corresponding with. Now they are just ignoring my emails. There is nowhere on the site to write a review and no official facebook page so I can't contact them any other way. Been 3.5 months now. Avoid like the plague.
