Compare my airport parking Avis 

Referred a parking partner for the worst service experience I have ever encountered, and were not interested in addressing any issues.

Transport not running to terminals ahead of departure flight, had to drive myself and leave my car with a stranger to return to the yard.

Upon return I called from arrivals to give them 30 minutes notice. I waited almost 2 hours for my car, and it came to light that they had returned my car to the wrong yard.

I also then discovered two slow punctures in two separate tyres (both screws) indicating the condition of whatever yard my vehicle had been left in!

I took my car to the car park I booked and it wasn't even a car park - more like a scrap yard. It said my car park was park and ride so I got to keep my keys yet when I got there they demanded my keys off of me. It was dirty with rats running around everywhere and had an extra charge to actually get to and from the airport. I came back off holiday to find the "car park" was no longer there or operating. All sites had been siezed by police and they were using people's cars while away for many things. This site clearly does not regulate the car parks they advertise.

Car came back filthy. Long wait for them to return car. Ragging other cars around green car park. Extra money you pay on day make it just as much if you go direct with airport.

How Stansted airport let these guys operate on their establishment. I'm shocked.

I had a very disappointing experience booking through Compare My Airport Parking.

The booking confirmation email stated “Approx. 10-Minute Shuttle – Quick transfers to/from terminal,” which strongly suggests that the shuttle service is included. However, I was surprised to be charged £10 for each journey, with the company describing it as a “levy” rather than a transfer fee. Renaming the charge doesn’t change the fact that this is an additional cost that was not made clear during the booking process. The wording is misleading and lacks transparency.

The car was parked at New Farm Parking, Stansted Rd, Elsenham, Bishop’s Stortford CM22 6LL, which is essentially an open dirt field rather than what most customers would expect from a secure airport parking facility. When I collected my vehicle, it was covered in thick dust. Even more concerning, there was a significant amount of dirt and dust around the driver’s area, making it appear as though someone had been inside the car wearing muddy or dusty shoes. That left me questioning how my vehicle had been handled while in their care.

To make matters worse, after calling for pickup upon my return, I had to wait over an hour before the shuttle arrived. This is completely unacceptable after a long journey and falls far short of the “quick transfers” advertised.

Overall, this experience was frustrating due to misleading information, poor parking conditions, unexpected charges, and excessive waiting times. I would not recommend Compare My Airport Parking based on my experience and will be looking elsewhere for airport parking in the future.

Avoid this organisation..
they ask you to pay extra for cancellation and delayed return. I paid £71.49 for parking for a week with cover, I had to cancel as my car broke down and I had to get a taxi instead, they will only refund me £20. What a rip off.

Horrible experience!
The instructions for drop off was not clear. Someone asked me to drive all the way wrongly in a one way direction.
Spent 30 minutes trying to find my booking as couldn’t find it! Then asked me to pay for the ticket to access the short stay drop off car park which is 50% of the whole parking fees for a week period.
THE DRIVERS ARE NOT INSURED!

Compare your parking do not have customer service skills, my flight was cancelled because of the war so I could not go on holiday. I did not cancel my parking I had to cancel as I could not fly and they woukd not offer a refund, some sort of money back or credit note. I will never use this service again . I got a refund from airport and accommodation to Dubai. They have to change their options when it out of the customer hands. Also still waiting for a reply to my email.
