The WORST company ever

The WORST company ever! Really hope people read the reviews before booking with this scam of a company. Unfortunately I didn’t. I wanted to book park and ride at Heathrow airport (not meet and greet) I selected park and ride and paid in full, I then received an email confirming my booking and It had said I would need to drive the a Holiday inn hotel car park which then a person would take my car keys and park the car for me and a bus will take me to the terminal. I did not want someone to drive my car due to hearing bad experiences. I then checked the reviews for this company and realised it has a very bad reputation people have had their cars damaged, written off, parked in residential areas, ULEZ fines, parking fines, car covered in mud and mileage racked up. I instantly had a bad feeling so tried to call them no answer. I then emailed to say I was not comfortable with someone taking my car and wanted park and ride and if I could receive a full refund, To then I was emailed back with Heathrow airport do not have a park and ride service(it absolute does) I asked again nicely for a full refund a women named Alice if that’s even her real name then replied you have options either a full refund or a voucher, to my reply I would like a refund asap please. Alice says it will be 14 working days. I waited and no refund. Emailed again any updates on my refund, Alice replies 1-5 days. 3 weeks later still nothing after numerous calls and emails I then had to get my bank involved and dispute the transaction. When they finally gave me my money(Thanks to my bank) they had taken a £15 booking fee so I was never received a full refund (scam) luckily my car is safe from being trashed unlike some poor people. Please DO NOT USE this company they need to be shut down!

Despite being comparatively low in cost, SC Parking is excellent. They were there to pick up my car in the designated area. I was able to simply walk into the terminal building. No coaches etc! On my return they were there very quickly. Excellent all round! I'll definitely book again! Others seem to have had poor experiences. Mine was great!

They don’t deserve any stars

They don’t deserve any stars! They wouldn’t let me write my review, so I gave them 1 star. They hide their prices. You have to pay for the orange car park twice for just half an hour. They still haven’t brought my car back. They said the compound is 15–20 minutes away, but it’s been 50 minutes and they’re still not here.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We used this airport parking service expecting convenience, but the experience was extremely disappointing.

As instructed, we called 20 minutes before arriving to have our car ready. Despite this, we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for the vehicle to be returned. The excuse given was traffic, yet we experienced no traffic issues ourselves on the way out, which makes this explanation hard to accept.

However, the most unacceptable part was the condition of the car. It was returned covered in bird droppings and honeydew from parking it under a tree!!— and I’m not exaggerating. It was absolutely disgusting and showed a complete lack of care and respect for customers’ property.

When you leave your car with a service like this, you expect at the very least punctuality and basic care. Unfortunately, this company failed on both.

I would not recommend this service.

Fake and misleading website which claims to be a comparison website but actually all “companies” are the same

No one to complain to therefore

Don’t answer phone when you call to stay you’re on your way or have arrived - often goes to voicemail! Nearly missed flight due to their not answering phone

Hours wait time just being told a driver will call us. Yeah right.

In the end on our return after 1.5 hours waiting we got a taxi to our car and picked it up ourselves, by pure luck managed to get key back too.

Having read other reviews we were lucky to get car back at all without excessive mileage or damage. Phew.

1 star is far too much for this company. I would stay as far away as possible from them, better to pay more with the stanstead official meet and greet than to let this bunch of shysters park your car.
Staff are rude, petulant and have not even the basics of customer service ethics. Changed my meet and greet drop off on the way to stanstead, had to park 20 mins away, wait 15 mins for a shuttle even though i had paid to be met at the terminal. So what was supposed to be stress free imediately became stressful. No explanation, no apology.
On return, car was returned absolutely filthy, covered in dirt & dust, when i asked why, no answer, no apology, and when i pushed further for an answer, the guy just said, e mail the company and ask them to pay for valet.
I unfortunately had already made two other bookings with them for May & September which i have now cancelled, but be aware, they charge you £20 for each cancellation, so they have made an extra £40 for being an appalling service.
Cannot stress enough how awful this company are.

WARNING: DISGUSTING SCAM – DO NOT BOOK!

I am writing this to warn every traveler to STAY AWAY from this company (operating as iPark Limited via Compare Your Parking / Gatwick Premium Parking). This is not a parking service; it is a professional scam and a health hazard.
1. Hidden Fees & Total Dishonesty: After paying the booking fee, we were forced to pay additional charges just to enter and leave the car park. These were never disclosed clearly.
2. The MOT Scam Attempt: While we were away on holiday, they contacted us claiming our MOT had expired. They tried to intimidate us, saying we would be in "serious trouble" and demanded £315 immediately so they could "sort it out" in our absence. No invoice, no official paperwork—just rude, aggressive messages trying to extort money from us while we were vulnerable abroad.
3. Total Disregard for Time: They were 40 minutes late for the drop-off and another 40 minutes late for the pick-up. We were left standing at the terminal with no updates.
4. Disgusting Vehicle Condition: When we finally got our Vauxhall Corsa back, it was repulsive. The interior was littered with used fried chicken wipes and remains of fried chicken. They clearly used our private vehicle as a dining room or for personal errands.
5. Confirmed Rogue Traders: I have contacted Gatwick Airport official customer service, and they have confirmed that this company has NO commercial contract with the airport and is a rogue operator. I have been advised to report them to Trading Standards and West Sussex County Council, which I am doing immediately.
They do not reply to official complaints. They are rude, they are scammers, and they treat your property with zero respect. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR KEYS OR YOUR MONEY.

Never use this company

Never use this company - they are unreliable, inefficient and incompetent as well as hypocritical. This is based on my personal experience last week when, arriving back at Stansted I couldn't contact the company through the number they gave me and the car was not at the agreed place. The number wasn't working and there was no way of finding out where my car was or when it would arrive. It turned out there were five or six other groups also waiting, also unable to contact the company , some of whom had been waiting over two hours. Other groups had members in wheelchairs, it was late and cold. When a car eventually arrived the driver claimed cars would arrive in ten minutes. Hours later people were still waiting. Some people had journeys of several hours ahead of them and some people waited 4 or 5 hours. Maintaining that they provide a stress free service , as they do on their website, is a joke. More like a nightmare.

The driver was late and indifferent to meet us and 2 hours late to "greet" us - he came to a different place with no explanation - the driver is contracted by the company and therefore takes no responsibility for being late -other people also waiting for over 2 hours and their car was damaged. It is clear they do not keep the vehicles in a safe place, nor do they make any arrangements to be on time - they did not respond when we called and texted. DO NOT USE THEM.

RED FLAG!!!

The consumer ombudsman and whoever regulates the services these people provide should not allow cowboys like this operate at all. Communication, zero. Timeliness, zero. Customer service, zero, Willingness to help, zero. These idiots and the bogus company located at New Farm Stansted Road, Elsenham Bishops Stortford Hertfordshire CM22 6LL that provide the actual substandard service made us miss our outbound flight as they have only one shuttle bus and took as much as x4 the numbers of booking that the shuttle service can cater for.
Coming back, we called them to let them know our flight is as scheduled, details of which they had as at the time of booking. When we landed, we called again and they said a waiting time of 1.5hours is their best as the driver is on break. This is at 7:45 in the morning.

This booking website and the companies they work with to provide park and ride services should and must be avoided. The service is meant to provide comfort but these ones provide havoc. Red flag!!! Stay away from them. 1 start is too much for them. They deserve none all together.
