Do not use this company. Read all the reviews yourself.

Contacted this company when we landed to be told they’d lost the password to the car park and we had to get a taxi home and return back.

When demanding to see the car they said we weren’t allowed as the last people to visit “smashed a window” so nobody’s allowed any more.

After lots of phone calls, them hanging up on us and being rude we had no choice but to get a £100 uber home under the impression they would refund and we’d receive the car back later that day. The police were called but said it was a civil matter until they didn’t return as promised.

They proceeded to make up excuses for days until finally saying they’d lost the car. We reported the car stolen.

The police found our car and confirmed they had stored everybody’s keys in a big box and locked it in our car. A worker who had not been paid wanted to take these keys until he was paid and threw a car battery through the back window smashing it entirely.

The police knew this and made no arrests however called to say the CID were finally getting involved as a 2025 plate expensive car had been taken.

We decided to turn up at the place and just take the car with the damage as we knew the police or the company were not going to do anything.

I have made a report to Heathrow as I cannot understand why they are allowing this company to run through them or how any comparison websites work with this company.

I’m sure if I went and smashed a window I’d be arrested there and then but there we go.

Of course nothing was refunded and the travel insurance won’t get involved

Parking fine whilst on holiday

Outbound journey we called to let them know we were on the way to then be told the ‘van has broken down’. Were told they would meet us at the short stay car park which is actually meet and greet. It took an hour for someone to arrive and collect the car which meant we also had to pay double the airport parking charge (£15 instead of £7.50). Home journey, followed instructions to be told we had an 1 hour wait. 90mins later we can’t get hold of anyone to ask for an update. Finally get through and are given a different number to call. This number belongs to a random member of the public who has nothing to do with the company; they have now complained to their mobile provider as this ‘keeps happening’. Car finally arrives after being given the run around and our calls going unanswered 20+ times. Appalling - when they then called to ask about the car they just said ‘sorry’. I accused them of being a scam; lies, unanswered calls and a £90+ fee for a VERY dodgy service. Car arrived with trash left from the driver (coffee mug and receipt) plus they had unplugged the dash cam. Rifled through glove compartment too… for no reason.

Update: came home to a parking notice for one of the days we were on holiday. £60 fine and seems to suggest they used our car for something outside the scope of just parking it as it was 5 days AFTER they had picked it up.
I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

It took over one hour for the company driver to arrive for collecting the car at Heathrow Terminal 4 Meet & Greet area. Only the car to moved 15 bays away and the driver vanished with keys, car unlocked.

When return to the UK at 07.30am, I did call over 50 times no one answer calls, over 2 hours later I was told the company got no records of my car. 3 hours later I was told they do have the keys but no one knows where is my car parked. I was advised it will take all day to search for the car, it was better to take taxi back home (£220), about 4 hours after arrival from 10 hours flight. On way back home I received a call from them saying car has been found and will be delivered before 06:00pm. At 06.30pm nothing delivered. I decided to call and asked but I was told no driver available and that will be delivered next day. I offered to collect by myself, it was rejected.

By 08:00 I did report stolen car to the police. Next day the police call and said the car has been found at Heathrow Term 4 (ulocked with parking ticket issued) and asked me to collect if I have got spare key, which I did.

When collecting the car the mileage recorded were the same as recorded the day I dropped to the company driver (100% identical).

I had to pay £402.20 for the car to be released from the airport parkings. While I was at Heathrow I did ask the company to share the address so that I can collect my car keys still was denied. I was told they preffer to return the keys by post, sadly it never happened.

My legal adviser currently dealing with the matter

AVOID this company by any costs. SCAM

Have only put one star because there is…

Have only put one star because there is nothing smaller. When we phoned the company to say we were 30mins away ( as per their instructions) we were told no shuttle available and we had to drive to the terminal. We confirmed with the driver the condition of the car and the distance to the car park. When we arrived back we phoned for pick up to be told super parking had gone into liquidation and to phone another number. We did this to be told we couldn't get our car till 2.00 when the original booking was 1.00. The person on the phone accused us of lieing and then rung off. We tried to call again with noone answering. At 1.20ish we were told the car was on its way. We were then called again to say it had been parked and the keys left on the wheel arch. We collected the car to a 2.9m scratch down the passenger side. We have spent the last 24 hours trying to sort this with the company. We found this parking on compare the parking website who are also less than useful when we have requested insurance details. I would say don't use either to be honest. We will not let this go as we are aware companies like this wear you down but we will take to small claims court if needed

They used your car when you were on holiday, and I got a parking ticket.

This time they used my car and did 60 miles in it, left their takeaway rubbish in the car, and two weeks later I got a parking ticket as they had left it in a hotel carpark. Shocking and.dident pay on the way out, so I resived a £100 parking ticket!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
they have gone down hill.

Not legit

Found name on what seemed like legit Heathrow park and ride choices.
Same experience as others. Dodgy ride to airport, having paid drop off and pick up fees.
On return, 'broken down van', no available driver. They would advise security guard at Thistle Hotel to"release car from compound", and would reimburse cab. Car was driven off hotel premises, guy nipped across the road pretty sharpish and disappeared in a white van. Yes, a £60 fine was sent to us a few days later.

Do not use this company they steal cars!
They didn’t pick us up from the airport, told us to get a taxi and we will be reimbursed. Of course they are ignoring us now.
We had a terrible experience with them extra charges. We didn’t know about a disgusting dirty car that took us to the airport that Had wet seats, and stained my clothes.
But it seems we got off lightly as another customer was with us at the time didn’t even get his car back. He reported it to the police and they told him there are many people saying the same thing they have stolen his car used his car for transfers and whatever else they needed it for. He got a ticket in the post and saw a picture of two men in his car.
I’ve heard this is happening over and over again. I don’t know if they use my car I should’ve checked my mileage to be sure? But at least I’ve got my car back!!

Waited 2 hours to get our car back!

Waited 2 hours to get our car back. After a 14 hour flight, just awful!
Instead of picking us up they dumped our car on Level 4 at the airport with the keys on the front tyre and a ticket costing £8 to exit the car park!

My car was returned with less fuel, charger stolen from car, food waste inside my car, smear marks and nasty grease marks in my car. Also the person who returned it left my key on top of my tyre and failed to greet me. Not only that I return home to find I have recieved a parking ticket for Heathrow short stay, I paid the man who collected my car £10 cash for him to pocket and steal my money and drive my car out and not pay. God knows what they did with my car whilst I was away, but it clearly wasn’t well looked after nor secure. NEVER USE SUPER PARKING LTD EVER unless you want shit service. And headache I cannot believe I never checked this site otherwise I would have never used them through comparison sites

Absolutely the worst business I have…

Absolutely the worst business I have ever had dealings with.Rude , arrogant and disrespectful staff. Over 2 hours to get my car back and when it finally turns up there was only 19 miles worth of fuel remaining, it had half a tank when I dropped it off. Got home to a car park fine, it’s seems that they had been using the car to pickup their own staff . What a way to be welcomed back to the uk.
I don’t understand why Heathrow Airport allow people like this to operate from their premises.

Longest wait

Returned from
Holiday 2.4.26 was told car would be an hour and wait at collection point T3. Due to traffic. After an hour they said needed to check tyre as low pressure warning light( on tracker car hadn’t moved ) after 20 mins called again told on way. Eventually car was returned after 2 hours ! Do not use

Worst experience of my life.

Worst experience of my life.
I returned from 22 hours of travel and they told me they couldn’t find my car and that I should catch a taxi back from Heathrow to Birmingham, Costing £170. they said they would reimburse me. THEY DID NOT!!!
Then days later they called me and said I need to come and collect my car by then I was not even in the same city. I had to get my dad to collect the car. They ignored almost 100 calls. And this day they have not refunded me. If I could give them minus stars, I would. They were very rude to my dad upon arrival and told him to take the car and go. I didn’t actually give Official permission. I told him that they need to bring my car back but they just shouted at my dad. He was not the owner of a car and told him to take it And leave.

All the guys on the official rank said they get nothing but complaints but it’s not the same company. DO NOT USE.

Do not waste your money

On the 12th mar the person on the phone was rude and dismissive. They were somewhere loud and on a bad phone and wouldn't change the way they were talking at all to help me hear. Then for collection today (31st mar) we've been waiting over 45 mins for the car in the cold with 2 young children

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST COMPANY DO NOT USE!!! They arrived late to collect the car by over an hour , we just made our flight. On the return they arrived 1 1/2hrs later to give us our car, I was worried it might have been stolen. The car had been parked in a street in Slough and also taken to a school. I told them I could see where the car was so I knew they were not telling the truth. Then somehow I could not get any location from the car, so they obviously disabled it. We rang 15 times they never answered when they did they were rude and also kept saying it was only 10 mins away. I found the company on comparethemarket.com . but can't find anywhere to contact comparethemarket to get them to take the company off. Their website looks very impressive but since checking out looks like lots of us have had problems, keys missing etc. Also you have to pay the parking fee on entrance and exit fee . Apparently they also work under the umbrella of Mayfair Parking as well.
