Faultless assistance from Helen for a sale and purchase
We worked with Helen over a nine month period whilst selling our home. She helped us navigate through the sale and also the process of purchasing two homes after one chain fell through. I cannot fault her work, she was so helpful, personable and kind, really helping us to move the process forward, especially when it came to completing. She was an asset to the process and without her it, no doubt, would not have gone as smoothly as it did. She helped us to achieve our dream move and we are very thankful for all her hard work!

We had the most frustrating experience…
We had the most frustrating experience with our sellers solicitors and Darcie amazing, she was always patient and fought our corner. Without her help and chasing of people we would have been kept in the dark for most of the process. We felt like she truly understood our position and validated our feelings. She never failed to update us and despite the continual delays, she kept positive. Without her support I’m not sure what we would have done.

Communication without much content…
Complete ASAP provided frequent updates but this service did not add any value or speed to us. Messages generally told us calls were made and messages left but rarely any actual news. On the couple of occasions progress was reported this was already after the solicitors had contacted us and we had already actioned. When we asked for information we were told to contact the solicitor direct. When we were asked for our settlement preference this was ignored. So overall did not see any benefit from this additional contact.

We do appreciate your comments and can understand why the process may have felt frustrating at times. Having reviewed the file, the transaction involved two management companies as well as a Deed of Variation, both of which can introduce delays that are unfortunately outside the control of your conveyancer or sales progressor.
Whilst we were pleased to see that you were receiving updates directly from your solicitor, our role was to work alongside all parties involved and continue pushing for progress where possible. During periods where we were awaiting responses from third parties, updates were inevitably limited to the actions being taken to move matters forward.
We're sorry that the service did not meet your expectations, but we do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Very helpful during conveyancing
This was a very helpful service throughout my conveyancing for the sale of my flat. There were however lengthy periods where little or no communications came from either side legal team. It would have been more reassuring to know what or who we were waiting for. At times I had to chase up directly with the estate agent, This could have been handled better by the progression team.

Great service
The team at Complete ASAP (Nicola d'Cruz and Nicky Tyman) have been instrumental in supporting the sale of our property.
