Good local company to deal with, small showroom to look at the shutters which makes it easy to decide on colours and Louvre sizes. Competitive quote was provided and installation date.

Installers turned up and install was done quickly and tidied up afterwards.

Overall a good experience with a local business and good communication throughout the process.

Daniel and his team were very professional from my initial enquiry to installation. I saw my neighbors had shutters and was given Daniel’s Conrad details. He came round really quick and showed me a variety of option, no pressure to purchase, only advice. It took a little longer than 8 weeks but this was due to Xmas. Shutters and blinds look lovely and I am really please. Price wise was great too.

We used complete shutters at our last property, so when we moved to our new house it made sense to contact them again, we have previously recommended them to our neighbour and friends along with family. The service was good, quality top notch and they always honour the guarantee if you have any teething issues along the way. I personally found them reasonably priced, lead time varies we personally waited two months but they do come from out of the country but as soon as they were in the UK we had them fitted - no option to add photos but two bay windows up and down 👍🏼
