Danny came round to give me a quote I decided to proceed. He was £900 cheaper that another company that quoted me. He measured all windows I accepted the quote he re-measured and showed me all the samples he,was patient whilst i was deciding the colour. I choose misty grey. The wait seemed long when I ordered but IT WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT two lovely young gentlemen came to fit they were polite, clean, tidy. Also neat work they cleared up as they went along they said I hour for fitting but it was less, i can say definitely a job well done. I cannot wait to place my order for upstairs. THANKS TO DANNY AND THE TEAM FROM LORRAYNE.

Highly recommend Complete Shutters in South Woodford. The owner Danny kept me informed about my order. The installers fitted shutters in 3 rooms today. They were professional, thorough & tidied up after. The shutters were competitively priced & look amazing.

We had an excellent service, quality product and well fitted plantation blinds - we couldn't be happier!

Once we got in touch with the company, measuring for the shutters was quick & seamless and we were kept up to date as to when we should expect the fitting to take place.

On the day, the fitters were very professional and very respectful of our home and also comfortable with our dog barking at them while they went to work! They were easy to talk to and very knowledgeable when discuss the fitting as well.

The shutters are excellent quality and really bring a touch of class to our home. We also found them to be very well priced which was the icing on the cake. We're extremely happy with everything from start to finish and we cant recommend this company highly enough!!

Excellent service! From consultation, to selecting shades, all the way to installation.

I still get so many compliments to this day.

If I could give less than one star I would!
The owner was quick to measure up and take a deposit but once he had my money, the communication became a one way street..
Numerous fitting appointments were agreed but no-one turned up, no phone calls, nothing!
My calls weren't picked up but replied to via messenger or sms, strange stories as to why the owner didn't make it: "the blinds had been delivered to the wrong shop", "he was in hospital" etc etc.
Very insulting and frustrating that they were happy to waste my time and tell blatant lies.
In the end I went to the shop and demanded a refund, I am in no doubt that had I not done that, I would still be waiting. (The owner did say that he would bring the money to me but as with all the other things he told me, that was also a lie).

Amazing how quick you are to reply here, but when it comes to actually doing your job, you're nowhere to be seen or heard from!
You and I both know, that your fitters were not running late but if they had been and you'd actually contacted me, perhaps we could've resolved the matter.
Also, what I "did in your shop" was to stand well away from your(pretty rude) assistant and wait for you to transfer my money back to me.
If you'd had the guts to face me, she wouldn't have to deal with unhappy customers, which is exactly what I said to her.
You put her in that position-not me, but from her apparent lack of customer care skills, she was unable to see and accept that.
The fact that you attack anyone on here who posts a negative review speaks for itself.

I did not turn up unannounced, I had told your assistant in person when I went to your shop the day before you'd promised me(for the third time) that you'd definitely be round to fit my blinds.
I also told you, when I was on my way there.
If you had any decency you would admit, that you messed up big time and apologise for wasting my time for several months but alas...

Complete Shutters installed our 3rd set of shutters in our home today, and we couldn’t be happier. They have all been installed over a 4 yr period, as & when renovations have allowed. All windows are now complete! The first 2 sets were the plantation version, of which we have been thrilled with the quality. Today’s set have been installed in our kitchen & en-suite. CS suggested we go for the PVC option instead of plantation, being waterproof so more practical in these rooms. I must admit, I was slightly apprehensive about going for PVC as imagined they would look like the shiny window frames you see, and what I wanted was to match the plantation ones we already had. Daniel assured me they would look the same, and he was absolutely right - I am over the moon with the PVC version. They really do look identical to the plantation - no one would ever know the difference! Excellent quality! Usually by choosing the PVC option, it would provide a quicker lead time, but unfortunately Daniel was let down by the supplier due to poor quality when it arrived at CS, so there was a short delay due to reordering with a new supplier. I can imagine when this happened it must have been pretty stressful Daniel’s end as he is genuinely very passionate about providing the best quality & service for his customers, and yes it is disappointing our end when we are excited for the install, but it has been well worth the wait, and we appreciate his integrity & high standards! Daniel always kept us informed at every stage. The installation guys were quick & efficient; even hoovered up after themselves. They also kindly fixed the base of one of our other sets, which my husband had accidentally broken when he thought it would be stable enough to carry his 14st when standing on it to hang fairy lights!
Overall, we have nothing but positive feedback for Complete Shutters, and would therefore highly recommend them. If we ever extend our current home further or move to another house that requires shutters, we will most definitely be contacting CS again!

I’m extremely happy with the shutters. The fitters were excellent . There was a bit of a delay getting them delivered but with everything being as it is at the moment I think a few weeks over is not the end of the world. I thought communication was pretty good. Had no problem contacting Daniel. When the wrong sized blackout blinds got delivered Daniel got the factory to get them flown over instead of ship them and they came in three weeks from China. Which is amazing turnaround. Would definitely recommend to friends. We went for the blackout blinds in the bedroom and they are very effective.

Just had my shutters fitted on my front bay window. They look beautiful and definitely better than the ratty curtains I had! I had regular emails regarding the delays due to brexit/covid19 and it ended up only being delayed by a couple of weeks.

The workmen who fitted them were fast and efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and wore masks and kept their distance the entire time. Was overall an excellent experience and I would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you, Complete Shutters & Blinds!
