ConnecTen and Tyler are so easy to work with. We have had our service now for a year and having the various cell data services available is huge. When I talk to Tyler about anything we need it's like dealing with your family..in a GOOD way!

Love this internet. We went full time in August started in northern NY went all the way down to FL and across to NM. Its been perfect! Evertine we had spotty service id call up and they would handle it no questions asked. Best Bangalore for my buck without having to give into the big bad company.

My experience with Tylor is awesome and service is also service. And when you call or email that you have problem they get to you in 2 minutes. Im very happy with the service

1st of all they answer calls right away,everytime I have called a simple question and puts you right thru .on this occasion I spoke with Angel who got me going with the connection as RVers we travel to different areas so connection can be spotty,The service has been great by Connecten please dont change a thing Thanks again Ric

Amazing service, we notice all day that our connections where slow to the awful just sit and spin. Once I connected via chat, love this feature she was able to look at our account and saw the issue. Corrected it and back up and running. This is the seconded time that Angel has helped us when we had speed issues, amazing at diagnosing the issue.

Jasper led me to the information I needed to change my password and it was simple and quick. Jasper was right there answered all my questions. Perfect. Thank you

We use this internet seasonally out at our camper and it’s nothing short of amazing! We have no problem suspending it for the off season and restarting it when camping starts again. I cannot express the amazing customer service we always receive! Any problems we have are immediately addressed and followed up on. Angel is always on top of it all.
