Tyler is the BEST!! He made sure we were up to date on all the new services. Connecten has been great and has made it possible to travel and work remote!

We are new to Connecten, and so far it has been pretty easy to use. I had a weird instance where my router decided to change its name to the default, but it kept the password I set originally. I chatted with Tracy G, and she was awesome and got me all fixed up. Speeds have been usable so far, but time will tell!

Rochelle has always been quick to respond, helpful and checks everything.

Excellent customer service and great wifi even in difficult areas.

Texted on a Sunday evening to see if a better connection was available. Within seconds Angel responded and found me the best carrier for my area.

Great internet connection everywhere I’ve been

It does not do much for me. My appliances have a difficult or non-existent connection experience. I have the 4g router. If I connect with my computer and test it, it measures a reasonable speed. But after connecting, things are less than stellar. Tech support gives it their best effort though.

UPDATE - After working with the Tech Support team (Angel has been great and well as the others), we came to the conclusion that I needed a different model of router. I went with the upgrade router and couldn't be happier. All my old technology now connects with the router and I no longer have the streaming pauses. As mentioned, the support staff as well as the sales team have been fantastic to work with. I truly believe that no matter who you work with at ConnecTen, the experience will be great. So, I move my experience grade from a 3 to a 5. I'm a happy customer of ConnecTen. Woohoo, surfing away.

Every time I reach out to ConnecTen, it's a great experience. Rochelle helped me square away a billing issue and made sure I understood their policies completely. She is always very kind and compassionate. After being certain my issue was handled properly and I was satisfied, she introduced me to their TV service! I wanted more information, and Bill gave me a call to further explain what is offered. Bill fully explained their offer, and how it would work. He was also very kind, and informative! I am so grateful to be a customer with them. Every person I have been in contact with so far has been incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and personable. I do not feel like an account to them. I feel like a person of value to this company.

Connect 10 worked very well for Us. Tyler and the other support staff did an excellent job of following up and making sure everything worked for us. I would choose them again if starting over.

Very satisfied with the customer support for Connecten Internet. We are on the road traveling and have had a couple of issues with our internet speed not being sufficient for streaming services. With just opening a live chat on their website, Angel had us up and running in no time with a better connection. Only takes about 10 to 20 minutes to resolve the issue.

Have been using Connecten service for several years and have been satisfied overall. Had my first issue with my modem. I called customer service line and reached a human within one prompt. Tech support staff were very friendly and they had my issue resolved very quickly.

I recently signed up for their home plan and appreciated the opportunity to use all three carriers for two weeks before making a final decision on which carrier to lock in after the trial period. That flexibility was a great feature. While I wish there were no $10 fee each time I want to switch carriers afterward, it is ultimately not a major concern. Overall, I would recommend this company to others.

Tyler is a great service rep. He is personable and can easily relate and understand what is being discussed. He goes out of his way to stay on top of changes and issues that his customers need to know about. I wish more service reps were like him.

Angel has always been great! Whenever I land somewhere, she is quick to get me connected to the best cell tower nearest me. Sometimes, I hear people complaining about the wifi service at campgrounds. I tell campers who complained that they should get Connecten. It's so reliable and for it's price point, you get what you are paying for. Totally worth it!!!

ConneTen internet service has served me well. Internet service can be frustrating. I travel for work and have always struggled finding an internet service that worked WELL everywhere. ConnecTen literally works everywhere I have been, which is all over the US. When it hasn’t worked great I simply get on the 24/7 chat and one of the customer service agents links to my router and fixes the problem, and they get it right every time. Tyler has been fantastic to do business with. He’s clear, quick, friendly, and always looking out for his customers! HIGHLY recommend this service!

Excellent customer service and technical support. Angel, with technical support, has been so helpful, with any issues that may arise. WiFi service is great and I am in an extremely rural and wooded area. Would definitely recommend Connecten to anyone needing WiFi in the wild.
