Amazing Customer Support
I stumbled upon this website in order to create a BeamNG server.
I created a server and the server itself was giving an error, which is not Connect Hosting's mistake or fault.
I logged a ticket, and within six hours I received a response.
Even though Connect Hosting had nothing to do with the fault, they still managed to step in and assist.
Amazing support and super friendly.

Brilliant experience with Connect Hosting!
My experience with Connect Hosting has been brilliant so far. Their BeamMP Servers are really well priced, run great, and are incredibly easy to use! The support has been really good as well, any issues or suggestions have been answered really quickly. I would highly recommend Connect Hosting!

For me it was great
For me it was great, if it was like 2 euros a month it would still be worth it. For free you get a lot of stuff. The player count can be limiting but for us it was enough. I coulnt feel the 1 gb of ram being slow. It was great

The player slot count is the main trade-off on the free tier. If your group ever outgrows it, the paid plans lift that limit and add more RAM for a couple of euros a month — open a ticket and we'll point you at the right size.

I am very satisfied with ConnectHosting for my BeamMP server. The server setup was quick, the control panel is easy to use, and the performance is excellent. The server is stable and runs perfectly.

Servers is overall pretty good
Servers is overall pretty good. slightly buggy tho like the mods sometimes break. But if you just want to have some fun with your friends this is the best way to do it.

Thanks for the review, Byron - glad you and your friends are having fun on the servers! On the mods breaking: that's usually down to BeamNG updates. When the game developers push a new version it can break compatibility with some older mods until the mod authors update them, so it's not the server itself playing up. Re-uploading an updated version of the mod normally fixes it, and if you're ever stuck just open a ticket and our team will get it sorted for you.
Best hosting service I have used in the 7-8 years
This is one of the best server hosting websites that I have used in the last 7-8 years of buying from sites to host my game servers. There support is great and they let you know if theres any issues with the nodes and they are also very kind. I would 100% recommend them if you are trying to host a game server. There beamng servers have absolutely no lag, they are top of the line.

The free server that has been promised to me worked only one time ,after I shut it down (turned it off for a day) it stopped working the next day (I couldn’t start and play on the server) + the server can not be found on the BeamMP search list. Also if you select the map you want it still chooses an other map you had not selected.

Sorry for the rough start — that isn't how it should run. Taking your three points separately, because they have different causes:
The server not starting again after you shut it down is on us. That's a node-side issue and normally a quick fix once we can look at it.
The wrong map loading is almost always the ServerConfig.toml still pointing at the previous map, so the panel dropdown and the config file disagree. We can correct that for you.
Not appearing in the BeamMP search list is a different thing again: the public server browser is run by BeamMP's own backend, so we don't control indexing or availability within that list. What we can do is confirm your server is online and communicating correctly with BeamMP — if it's healthy on our side, the listing problem sits with BeamMP's master server rather than the hosting node.
Open a ticket on the site or ping us on Discord mentioning this review, and we'll work through all three with you.

When it works it does great.
When it works it does great, when it’s not working everyone on the server is a pink sphere. And that happens more times than not. And getting in touch with customer support is pretty simple and quick depending on what selection you choose.

Thanks for the fair review — and sorry the pink spheres have been spoiling it, because "more times than not" isn't good enough.
That one is BeamMP's mod syncing rather than the server itself, but it's fixable and we should have just fixed it for you. Two things sort it in almost every case: clear your BeamMP client mod cache so it re-downloads clean, and make sure every mod the server uses is uploaded into the server's Resources/Client folder — that's the folder BeamMP pushes to everyone joining, and when a mod is missing from it people load in as spheres.
Happier still to just do it: message us on Discord, mention this review, and we'll go through your Resources/Client folder with you and get it syncing properly. If it's running the way it should afterwards, we'd be glad if you updated your review — and if it isn't, tell us and we'll keep at it.

I have contacted them 1 billion times…
I have contacted them 1 billion times about canceling a server that used to be free. I used literally one time or two and now it's been like two years and they keep charging me one dollar or something a month and it's not about the dollar, it's because I don't need the service and I've tried to cancel 1 billion times and it used to be free and I didn't even tell me anything again. This is probably my third complaint. I'm making as I'm writing this review to their service but they literally just seems like they just don't give a rats anus horrible experience.

Hi Daniel, I'm sorry you had to chase this so many times — you should've been able to cancel in a couple of clicks, and we'd have cancelled it and refunded those charges for you. If anything's still showing on your account, message us on Discord and mention this review and I'll clear it today. And if you ever fancy a server again, the first month's on us.

Horrible support and Billing
I paid for a server on 3/17/26 and on 3/20/26 they said i didn't pay and shut my server off while my friends and I were playing. After that they corrected it even though I already paid twice by giving me 33 days i paid for 60 already at this point plus i tried to correct the billing and it terminated my server losing all of my files. Then they built me a new server and tried to charge me a 3rd time so i canceled and will be going through another company. Do not do service with this provider their customer service does nothing.

Hi, I'm sorry — being shut off mid-game and hit with repeat charges is exactly what shouldn't happen, and any duplicate charges would've been refunded. Losing your files on top makes it worse.
