Out of the blue, I received emails informing me of a claim that I had not made. When I queried it, a document with a signature, which was clearly not mine, was emailed to me. I told them they did not have my authorisation to do this and to retract any action they had taken. There seems to be a common thread through all these reviews. This company is clearly trying to scam people.

Fraudulent company. They’ve sent me signed documents with my details on but have forged a signature that is not mine.

Been reported to FCA, Action Fraud and the finance company directly.

0 stars if possible. I’ve also been emailed with 4 documents attached saying they were electronically signed by me via Yousign. They were not. Never heard of either company and haven’t had any miss sold car finance. In fact I haven’t owned a car for 40 years. They keep emailing asking if I still want to pursue my claim or cancel. I’ve told them I instruct them to cease and desist with this as they levy a charge if you don’t cancel within 14 days. However cancelling implies that I instigated this claim in the first place which I didn’t. Have reported the to FA, FCA and ICO. Hope that’s the end of it. Very worrying and sorry for those others in the same situation.

Another totally unsolicited, fraudulent email received claiming to be signed by me?!! My details were incorrect - they really are an awful company.

Reported to Trading Standards and NSCS. These companies are abhorrent and need to be dealt with,

Like a lot of people on here I have been signed up without my consent. Don’t really know where to turn to stop this or how they got my details in The first place.

Like everyone else. I received signed documents which did not hold my full legal name or my signature do definitely a fraudulent claim set up. Also never taken finance for a vehicle as never owned a vehicle in my name.

Totally fake I’d give it 0/5 if I could!
I don’t own a car and have forms signed on my behalf re: motor claims with my personal details including address and date of birth!

I have never contacted this company nor been contacted by this company yet received an email stating I’ve signed several documents!

FRAUD!!! Stay away

Unsolicited contact with me.
Fraudulently completed a claim form in my name.
I have never had any dealings with this organisation before.

Like many others I have received an email with a signed document, not signed by me, advising I have instructed them to claim back car finance. As I’ve never had car finance this is highly unlikely. I am very concerned where you have obtained my personal details from. I will be reporting this as fraud and would like copies of every held on file under GDPR

Same as most of the reviews on here, received a random email with old address and a random signature at midnight, called and spoke to someone who didn't seem bothered by it at all.

I have reported this company to police for forging a signature and my identity.

Sent me faked documents saying I have signed a claims document, I assume for car insurance. I don't own and car and have never owned a car. This company is a fraud and are faking signatures how is this legal?

Got a scam email saying thanks for choosing us, never heard of them. And then they have pictures of “document downloading” on the bottom make it loook more real

Totally fraudulent. Contacted me out of the blue stating I had requested their service to track down some car finance compensation. They had all my details, which I’d love to know how they obtained and included a document that they said I’d signed authorising them. All completely untrue. I’d never heard of them before.

I replied to the email saying I hadn’t asked them to do anything and they then replied back saying I’d signed up “please let us know if you recall completing these documents”.

What they then do is try to get money out of you for cancelling a service you never requested!

Report it to the FCA, Action Fraud and the Police.

Scam. Just got an email with documents to say here are your completed documents. Not even going to open them I have no idea who they are but after reading reviews first I’m just going to ignore.

Never owned a car nor drive so receiving two emails stating i signed up to the site which i never did nor have heard of this 'company' till this morning and received documents for supposed 'car finance' that i 'signed' up for once again never did at all. Absolutely had me confused. Basically i guess some dirty scammers have pulled email addresses and personal information from somewhere and masquerading as a 'legit' company to dupe thousands of people. If you receive such emails but get confused like i was IMMEDIATELY report to Action Fraud.

As other have stated. I recieved emails informing me they are going to act on my behalf, with forged signatures on documents with my details. I have never heard of these cowboys before and have not instructed them to do anything.

Again like pretty much everyone else on here had 2 emails saying wel ome and thank you for your claim etc and also a document with a signature where I've apparently signed! I have not signed anything!! Absolutely disgraceful!!! Rang them to complain was told my details are provided by another company! So annoyed!
