Just had a phone call from someone claiming to work on behalf of consultation claims. I had 2 missed calls today, my phone picked it up as "suspected spam", so on the 3rd call today I picked up (harassment?!)

It was a lady calling to say that she can see that I might have been miss-sold car finance between 2007-2021 and was quite pushy in wanting me to sign up. I asked for a website so I can look for myself and decide. She gave me the website but didn't understand why I wanted to check and should just give her all my details over the phone? Fishy...

She asked me when she can call back and get me to sign up. I suggested next week (seeing as it's Friday at the moment) ... and she LAUGHED on the phone because I asked for a call next week. Not very professional, therefore I don't think this company is legit.

I like how their agents approuch their customers they make you feel valued and they atleast tell whats going to happen with your claims and how much they charge wich is 15 to 30% which is better than nothing , but truly i enjoyed their service

I was referred to this company from Emissions.com. However after signing up i searched the company on google and reading other trustpilot reviews. IT IS TRUE they charge you after 14 days to carry out car finance claims ON YOUR BEHALD OF WHICH THEY TAKE 40%. The fee after 14 days is £140 plus VAT.

CANCEL IMMEDIATELY IF YOU SIGN UP AND GET IT IN WRITING.

I contacted this company regarding car finance and the possible mis-selling of a product. What I wasn't told — and I mean *never* told — was that if you don’t cancel within **just 14 days**, you will owe them money for work they claim to have done on your behalf. In have asked for paperwork that I signed so I can examine which small print this information hides in, but as yet they haven't emailed me the documents despite assurances they would.

As soon as I signed up, I was bombarded with calls and emails demanding ID and other personal information. I felt pressured and misled. I thought they were working *for me*, but the tone and approach felt completely the opposite — aggressive and pushy, to the point where I felt almost bullied into complying - I received 2 or 3 calls every day as well as emails and texts... I thought my demanding wife was bad, but this is harassment!

This was not a clear or transparent service. It was only because of how forceful their communication was that I started questioning things as it smelt 'scammy' and luckily I cancelled in time. Had I not done so within that narrow window, I would have been charged £150 + VAT PER HOUR. Some might say I was mis-sold to by this company... The irony. They are sly and in business that is completely unacceptable.

If there was any indication that this was the process, I would have run a mile! I don't remember anything about a charge and it was never brought to my attention that I would be paying THEM. As I recall it was meant to be the other way around.

Below is the email I received confirming my cancellation — thankfully *within* the 14-day window. Its like they are doing ME a favour by not charging... — it left me shocked that this was even a possibility:

Your Reference for your cancellation is: 35631565846.

To proceed with the cancellation, please be advised that our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your claim without incurring any additional charges, provided the request is made within 14 days of signing the letter of authority.

Upon reviewing your claim details, I note that you signed up with us on 09/07/2025 and submitted your cancellation request on 14/07/2025, which falls within the 14-day cooling-off period. As a result, no payment is required, and your claim has been successfully cancelled.

Did I mention they take 40% of any money owed to me by the car finance company if successful, AND they want to charge me if I cancel before that point!!!

Where are Matt Allwright and Nikki Fox from BBC Watchdog when you need them!?

AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR BULLYING TACTICS.

I genuinely feel that had I not acted quickly, I’d have been manipulated into paying for a service I didn’t fully understand or agree to.

How am I the first to submit a review on these guys...?
