Still waiting for my 2nd container
I purchased 2 containers at the end of August. I received the first one September 24. It has a major dent in the middle of the roof, which is collecting water (and I am sure will soon rust and leak). I asked for the checklist (always completed before receiving the last 6 containers) and was told they don't have one anymore. I still haven't received the 2nd container. Haven't heard from anyone. It was supposed to be a 7-day lag time before delivery.

Excellent wuality
Although the container arrived 1 day late due to a couple of bad tires on the truck, the drivers communication was good. The container is top rate; appears brand new with near perfect condition! Very satisfied.

2 no shows
For starters, I would be nice if they sent you options to choose from. Yes i know its used yada yada. The container i received this time versus last year was totally different. Very rough and not as pleased as i was the first time. Then we get to the purchase part. Your money is gone so fast no worries. This particular time I was told how about tomorrow. Only 5 or so days out from purchase date. Time goes by, driver can't make it. Calls back the next day to reschedule for the next day. Sure, make the arrangments, time goes by and another phone call. Paperwork won't right. Got that straight and week goes by and reschedule for next day. The driver calls to reschedule because dispatch didn't want to. It finally showed up late that evening. I only went with this company because I was very pleased with my last purchase. The driver was great and put it exactly where I wanted it. If I decide to buy another it will possibly be through another supplier. To many middle man in the process.

I thought the container would be in better shape. It had a large cut on one side. It is water tight but still I thought we would get a little better container. All in all I am satisfied and will clean it up. The delivery was seem less.

Rick, thank you for your feedback. Your purchase was a Wind and Water Tight (WWT) container, a grade intended for secure, weather-resistant storage rather than a like-new appearance. When cosmetic condition is a priority, we recommend a one-trip container.
Containers are inspected at the depot and reviewed with the customer at delivery, with customer sign-off documenting acceptance. WWT containers can show wear from prior use while still protecting stored contents from wind and water. However, we’d welcome photos of the cut you mentioned so our team can review that specific concern.

Driver was friendly unit arrived a few days before estimated timeframe of 7 to 10days. I did have to call to get a ETA of drop off which lead to a late afternoon delivery. But Phone reps and Chris the dispatcher were great. Gonna order a few more.

The Container arrived exactly as advertised.
Condition and quality of the container was great!
The delivery company you chose was not properly equipped to deliver the container to my property, nor where I had marked out. The driver agreed to place the container and where I requested. However, the devilry driver could NOT complete our transaction. His "trailer was not properly equipped to unload the container. He unstrapped the container, and aggressively backed his equipment near where the Box was to be placed, and then slammed on the breaks of his truck to attempt get the box to slide off. He tried this several times, and in two different places on my property with NO SUCCESS. I even tried to assist with using my tractor that was on site with no success. I then had to call a towing company out to my property to remove the container from the delivery vehicle, and place where I wanted. This process took over 3 hours. After container was placed, I then had to PAY THE TOWING COMPANY MYSELF to complete OUR transaction.
This wasn't the first container I had purchased from CONTAINER ONE, but it was a terrible experience.
I have already sent and email to Nina about this. Unfortunately, I have not been contacted by anyone from Container One.

I received your email today. The DOT quailified trucking company delivered your container on a tiltbed container but when he arrived his tilt function did not work correctly at no fault of yours. I wish you would of received a call from you while this happened and you would not of been ask to pay for anything. I left you a voicemail with my direcve also looked at t . Please call me so we can refund your wrecker charge ASAP.

This is why we inspect it at depot and also inspect with you at delivery. Rust is does not affect the grade you bought. Its cosemetic only. We are very diligent describing grades at check out and in our terms and conditions befor you buy. Corten steel is designed to surface rust only and thats why we have a 5 year warranty, Sorry you feel the container is not as cosmeticly appealing as you like. as far as function you are in great shap and thatcontainer will last a life time if you take care of it.
The driver was excellent
The driver was excellent. My only issue is how poorly the rusted door hinges swing. Hopefully when I lube them up they will swing easier.

Successful delivery
We didn't get the delivery on the day it was scheduled, but I wasn't available that day anyway and had someone else available to handle it, so the one day delay wasn't a problem. It was the contracted delivery driver that called me and explained, not container one. I'll say this, he went above and beyond, and placed the two containers right where I wanted them. They are lucky to have such a good contract driver!

This was my 3rd container
This was my 3rd container, I'm very happy with my container this one was the best condition and price compaired with my others, dealing with Container One was a great experience, make sure to follow up acasionally to make sure everything's on sckedual, make sure you have plenty of extra room for the delivery tree hight and length for the truck, also they usually are low trailers in the back, mine was a 40ft high cube.
