Container One Avis 

​I paid ContainerOne on August 14th for a 40ft High Cube one-trip container. Over a month later, I'm just now taking delivery of a usable unit at my site.

​Damaged Goods: The first unit arrived on Sept 9th with damaged door hardware, welded bolts through the handle to prevent inspection, and torn weatherstripping caused during loading. They told me I'd have to accept it in that condition, or refuse it. Fortunately they record their calls! That they do not repair them after delivery. Turns out they literally sent it to the yard and the CSC plate is the same as the originally shipped unit, and now the door hardware is replaced and weather strip has been cut and spliced to make the repair. Straight up lies. During the two weeks of stalling they told me that "we're working on it"... "have to locate one", "have to maneuver other units in the yard to get to your's..." etc. They claimed they were working to arrange for a different unit for the past two weeks! If they were simply honest each time, I'd certainly be more understanding!

​Non-Existent Support: My original sales rep completely ghosted my calls and emails once payment cleared. I had to navigate 6 different employees across multiple departments just to get basic status updates. Even those were hard fought (and as stated lies).

​Broken Promises: I was repeatedly promised callbacks on Sept 17, 18, and 21. None happened. I only received action after filing a formal BBB complaint.

​Delivery Mismanagement: After agreeing to a rescheduled morning delivery on Sept 23, the unit was 5 hours late without notice. The delivery manager then claimed via text that they don't commit to delivery times because they don't own the yard.

​Unfair Refund Policy: When I asked to cancel due to their failure to deliver, they threatened to charge me a delivery fee for a order they failed to fulfill.

​ContainerOne advertises itself as an "industry leader," but their lack of internal ownership and customer service tells a very different story. You have no control over what you actually receive or when it will arrive. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable container supplier, there has to be one out there. ContainerOne is NOT it. Btw I've got time stamped photos, email threads, phone call logs, etc. to support every bit of this and good news they record their phone calls as is stated when you call their business lines. If I could rate lower than (1), I'd happily give them a (-5). Purely frustrating experience.

Company was very helpful with our needs. They delivered on a timely matter.

Every person I communicated with at Container One were very pleasant and professional. From Sales, office, dispatchers and driver, the entire team was a class act.
The container was exactly as promised.

Driver was friendly and professional. Container arrived in good condition.

After I waited for several weeks to get the container, the driver flipped it on its side. I called customer service and they said they would send me a link to the claims department. No link sent. I had to have a backhoe come and set the container upright. The container itself was in great shape.

The container people were great, the moving person that shipped it done great as well. They put it right where I needed it at. Can not complain. Way cheaper than building a wood shed. I can also move it again if need be. Will use again.

Ok you ask. It take 3 weeks to get it. When I called it was hard to get anyone to answer. The person in (Dave) has not professional whistling on the phone.
When the container arrived the driver looked confused parked in the middle of the street I had to tell him to move for the school bus to get by. He informed me he could not back in the drive. (I just had a trailer this side in there last week with a car port.) He did try but acted like he didn't know how. I ended up taking him to a second location to unload it. The man was in slow motion the whole time. He was upset when I told I would not sign the paper work UNTIL he opened the container. He ask why.
I called Dave back told him the problem. I ask for the form to ask for a refund for not delivering to my site. He said ok BUT it would not do any good.

The delivery driver done a great job and placed the container in the correcr location .

Container door on left drops 3/4 in. when opened making it very difficult to close. Pitting rust covers exterior with flaking paint at least 7 locations very serious will need attention soon, 4 pitted areas on roof holding standing water, only a matter of time before failing if not addressed soon.

As always Cathy Ford was a great help. Quote was sent right away, and delivery process was smooth. Great customer service.

Everything went exactly how I was told, from sale to delivery, not something commonplace anymore.

the start was a bit rough due to some computer glitch. Once we got it figured out the rest went pretty much ok. I am pleased with my box and look forward to my next purchase.

Scheduling kept changing. Truck arrived 30 minutes after being told both would arrive the following week. Container was loaded with doors turned opposite of request. Container and driver were great.

Nice container fast and courteous delivery the company is a pleasure to work with!

I'm still waiting to receive my container, sales department was great. Payment was easy. But dispatch is not on the same page as the rest of the group, When calling, they don't return your calls,Not willing to even update you with anything. Then when your told it will be on a date you hear nothing but excuses. Now I am adding more 9/29/26 They refused to give a date for delivery so I asked for my refund and now they have failed to refund me. I only get more excuses. I guess I will have to take them to court and see what happens next. We'll as usual with this company, they still refuse to refund me. There is no communication from them. They are scammers

Did not forward my container keys to me as requested. I am still waiting for them, 6.5 months after the delivery.

Terrible delivery. Driver did not call before arriving at location and we had contacted the company multiple times to ensure someone would be there. Then driver just unloaded container in driveway area not the intended location. Company never resolved the delivery issue. Terrible customer service!!!

The order process was easy and the container delivery was awesome. I bought 2 within a year. I'm noticing deep rust on the sides and around the doors on both. I haven't had any leaks yet. They are both full from end to end because we've had our home demolished and stored our belongings in them.
They have 5 year wind and water warranty. I will be reaching out soon concerning the heavily rusted areas.
