We’ve had a strong overall experience…

We’ve had a strong overall experience using ConvoSo as our dialer platform. The system is reliable for high-volume outbound calling, and the real-time reporting and call monitoring features make it easy to track performance and coach agents effectively. The interface is fairly intuitive once you’re familiar with it, and integrations with CRM systems streamline workflow.

One of the biggest advantages is the flexibility in campaign setup and lead management. The predictive dialing capabilities help maximize agent talk time, and the support team has been responsive when troubleshooting issues.

Like any platform, there’s a learning curve, and occasional technical hiccups can occur, but overall it’s a solid solution for teams running telecommunication-based sales operations.

Excellent customer service provided. Every interaction has been professional, helpful, and solution-oriented.

Consistently been available to assist with any questions or concerns, and they do a great job of resolving issues quickly and efficiently. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority, and that level of support truly makes a difference.

Overall Good Product

Using Convoso has led to a significant increase in call volume and overall efficiency, enabling multiple touchpoints while reducing the number of no-contact encounters. I especially appreciate the ability to record and track calls down to the individual agent level, which helps improve accountability and performance management. I have experienced a few challenges, such as continuing to contact leads who have already accepted services and occasional forced logouts during active conversations, so I wouldn't give it 5 stars

We use it on the company that I work for for more than 1+ years and have make our life easier! Easy to use, easy to learn and very efficient. The only thing is that sometimes the page is slow to load but besides that, awesome experience! I recommended for everyone that wants to do cold calls.

Operational Efficiency Focus

We’ve been using Convoso for outbound dialing and overall it has improved our team’s contact rates. The system is fast and allows us to manage campaigns with a decent level of flexibility. The reporting gives enough visibility to understand performance trends without being overly complicated.

There is a learning curve, especially when setting up new campaigns or integrating custom workflows, but once configured it runs reliably. Support has been responsive when we’ve needed clarification on features or setup.

Overall, Convoso is a solid platform for teams focused on outbound performance and scaling call volume.

We've been using Convoso for a year now, and it’s been a game changer for our outbound calling. The dialer is fast, reliable, and easy for our agents to use. It’s helped us reach more leads, stay organized, and improve our overall performance. Support has been great too, quick and helpful whenever we needed them. Highly recommend it if you're running a call-heavy operation.

My dept has been using Conovso for a couple months and Convoso is simple but effective. Being able to export all data has made life a lot easier at work. Love the feature of being able to download phone calls.

User for 4+ years

User for 4+ years, overall a very helpful, easy to use product for my sales team. Constantly use reporting and statistics to guide trainings, as well as recordings. The one thing I would adjust is running the reports and how sometimes it stalls, you have to time clicking it perfectly to get it to run or you have to refresh and rerun. Other than that enjoy using it and very helpful in my field.
