Raghu and the team at Freshlearn actually take the time to respond to their users' calls and answer questions. I was able to book a support call within 24 hours and screen share to get all the help I needed with my particular questions. Freshlearn has been a great platform for my courses, and I'm excited to grow my business with them!

Real humans, not AI!

I'm absolutely loving FreshLearn! The pages are beautiful and professional and easy to set! I'm loving the user and creator experience.

What stands out is definitely the human support, I can't thank this enough! I struggle with some technology anxiety and Frank absolutely saved my life.

They are always there to get on a call…

They are always there to get on a call and help. I like that I get to talk to a real person to explain what I need help with and it makes it easier to solve the problem then texting back and forward and time consuming.

Freshlearn continue to impress

I have been working with Freshlearn for a few years now but more recently had to introduce a whole batch of new courses. I really put the Freshlearn team to the test. The project required migration support as well as quite a bit of tutoring on their part (I am not a techie). The migration fee was minimal and the support from both Customer Support as well as their tech team was amazing. Make the move to Freshlearn. You won't be sorry.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I've had multiple issues with this platform. In migrating my customers over from another platform almost all of them had billing issues, login issues and even getting kicked out of my platform. One customer got triple billed two months in a row. Despite asking for a refund multiple times they denied this. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. You are much better going with a more reputable platform.

Efficient Customer Support

It was great to be able to talk to a customer support online and there was no waiting for a booking. My customer support, Frank, was excellent - he knew my problem and was able to solve it quickly. Top marks!

Tech support is stellar

I just signed up at FreshLearn and need to migrate my existing online courses and students to their platform. Their tech support has been truly exceptional. They are there for me every time I need them in every way. I can chat, speak face-to-face, email, screen share... whatever needs to happen, it happens. In these days of AI chat and bots, I am totally impressed.

FreshLearn is a great choice!

I’ve been using FreshLearn to build and run my online academy, and the experience has been outstanding. Creating landing pages for my programs is amazingly easy and intuitive. I’ve built full digital programs with video lessons, integrated live coaching, masterclasses, and digital downloads—all without friction.

What really stands out is how thoughtfully FreshLearn is integrating AI into their features. It genuinely makes everything faster and easier instead of more complicated. So far, I’ve built 12 programs completely on my own, which honestly wouldn’t have been possible this smoothly on most platforms.

Another huge win: in just a few days, the FreshLearn team migrated my entire online academy from another host. Since then, my life has been much easier. The platform is clean, logical, and creator-friendly.

Their live chat support deserves special mention. Knowing I can get instant, high-quality help at any point in my creation journey gives me real peace of mind.

If you’re a course creator, coach, or educator looking for an all-in-one platform that actually delivers, FreshLearn is a fantastic choice.

So far, my experience with Fresh Learn has been great! I reached out to customer service to get a question answered, and in less than 24 hours somebody reached back out to me and did a Google meet to discuss my issue. He gave me a temporary solution, and said that he would take my suggestion back to his team to see if they could implement it. So far my customer service with Fresh Learn has been wonderful.

Full disclosure before we start

Full disclosure before we start. I thought I had cancelled my auto-renewal, but I hadn't.

My experience of Freshlearn before the reason for this review was ok tbf.

However, since the conversations in trying to reclaim a refund from the automated renewal, I've been left with the feeling that Freshlearn are more interested in the money than accepting people make mistakes and refunding those mistakes.

I gave a specific piece feedback on their renewal process via their team and Raghu via email, but not had any acknowledgement of my thoughts on the specifics of their cancellation process, outside of it clearly states in the T&C's etc.

The feedback was for them to reduce the number of emails and make the important renewal email clearer than it currently is.

I received a steady stream of emails from Freshlearn, over a few months, most of which I ignored, as I feel I get too many, and I thought I had cancelled, so there was no reason for me to read them.

Again, thinking I'd already cancelled, I wasn't looking out for any cancellation emails. (Yes, I know that was my error :))

In the middle of these emails, there was one with the subject, "Cheers for a Year with Freshlearn" in the subject title. I never read it as I was under the impression I'd cancelled.

My suggestion was for the subject line of this email to clearly state something along the lines of "Your renewal is due".

This would then have prompted a closer inspection from me, and the action of me then actually cancelling my Freshlearn account.

Freshlearn kindly offered me a one year extentsion to the current plan that I didn't want. Which, on one level, was nice of them, but meant I was still £342.41 down as I didn't want to renew in the first place.

Maybe they needed the money more than me.

Anyway, my last experience was very disappointing, leaves a sour taste, and shows for me at least, youre important to them only if youve paid them.

Service at Freshlearn is exceptional. They are incredibly committed to their clients and work very hard to make the system work as you would like. We left Teachable because they were the exact opposite when it comes to service. I highly recommend

When I think about FreshLearn..It Reminds me Raghu

When I think about FreshLearn, the first thing that comes to my mind is a user-friendly UI combined with powerful features. From marketing tools to website creation and security, FreshLearn covers everything an educator or entrepreneur truly needs in an LMS platform.

Beyond features, support is the most crucial aspect for me, and this is where FreshLearn truly stands out. No matter the time—whether it’s a holiday, early morning at 7:00 AM, or late night at 10:00 PM—Raghu has always been available. From onboarding to ongoing usage, he has responded instantly and resolved every issue at the fastest possible pace.

In the last 3 years of using the FreshLearn portal, I have never been made to wait. That level of commitment and reliability is extremely rare. Whenever I face any challenge, my first instinct is to directly call Raghu, and without fail, he responds and supports me every single time.

I personally recommend every educator and entrepreneur to check out the FreshLearn LMS if you’re planning to build or scale your online education business.
For me, the biggest strength of FreshLearn is its support, and Raghu has been the backbone of my entire LMS journey.
