Cool Clobber Avis 

Very disappointed ordered and paid for 2 items received confirmation email followed by a shipping email to then be told nearly a week later that the items where out of stock and did I want to choose something else, I don't and requested a refund but as of yet I have had no further contact, hopefully this is an isolated incident but I don't think I would risk using again

I only purchased this item for a birthday gift because my grandson likes Spider-Man. The backpack isn’t made from good quality material. I paid for next day delivery and it took 4 days to arrive.

Great product, lovely quality, really fast delivery!

Order did not arrive despite paying for express next day delivery. Company uses Hermes delivery, which I try to avoid at all costs due to terrible service.
Disappointed not to have received the item a week after ordering and no customer service phone line to contact.

Good quite and value for money.

Website was easy to use. The items were only ordered on Wedsnesday afternoon and arrived on Friday.

Little boy was happy with the trainers and his peppa pig pants.

Nice quality and bold colours. Also was sent out for delivery within three days. Good service. A lot of discrepancies can arise re delivery but Hermes delivered two different ordered parcels that day at the same time which reflected well on the overall service.

I can’t comment on quality of products etc as I have yet to receive my order over a month of ordering it. Got in touch with customer service and they were very helpful sending out a replacement as I hadn’t received the purchase but I am still waiting to receive the items.

Stay away for them at all cost!!!!!!!!
If you are a new customer and want to make sure this company is any good please don't waist your time or money.
i should have checked it before ordering anything
they are fraud fobbing you off with nonsense and giving you fake tracking numbers.
I have reported them to the police for fraud and to the ombudsman.
Terrible terrible experience.

Birthday present for my niece's daughter but they weren't home and there was no option for me to alter the delivery place, only fixed options, none of which suited the situation. Luckily the delivery person was familiar with the family and knew where to leave it safely. The chosen item was a great hit with the wee girl so all is well.Thank you

Soft towel and good design/colour. 4 stars rather than 5 as a little thin but overall nice. My son will love it.

After reading reviews I wasn't too sure what to expect but everything ran smoothly and to the time frames the website advertises. Delivery was quick and I was kept informed of shipping/arrival. The items are great and as described, my kid loves them.

I haven't even received my parcel. Costumer service don't even reply to my emails. It was my first and last time ordering from this website. Disappointing!

Brilliant Spider-Man bag - perfect for my 3 year old to take to pre-school. He is very proud of it. And it arrived the next day.
