Purchased item on Thursday, still not received by the following Tuesday even though I paid extra for For quick delivery

I ordered some sonic the hedgehog trainers on 26/03/2021 still not arrived, I have tried calling cool clobber no one answers the phone, I have emailed and all I get told is the tracking number which is Hermes, Hermes have had my parcel for over a week and still no further on, tried contacting them but it is impossible to get anyone human and basic information from the online chat. I now have a very upset 8 year old with no trainers. I have requested a full refund and to cancel my order. I paid for next day delivery with tracking. It is now 06/04/2021. Appalling. Don't use these guys. Steer clear.

Ordered 2 Marvel bedding.. waited over 2 weeks and still no delivery. I email customer Service to be told the items were actually out of stock...money had been taken and no bedding was actually going to be posted.. if I didn't email to chase they would not have informed me.
Requested a refund now.

Didn't arrive next day as expected but when contacted the company refunded the delivery costs in full

Ordered 3 sets of bedding for my son and 1 rucksack! 1st delivery all that arrived was 1 bed set and rucksack! After having to send photos to prove there error to them I then am promised my 2 bedding but 1 I ordered was now out of stock so chose another! 2nd delivery only 1 bedding arrives! Still missing the 3rd bedding, have now requested a refund which as yet I still have not received!

Ordered 3 single duvet covers for my grand children only 2 arrived when i contacted cool clobber they were so nice about it the frozen bed set was out of stock so they told me to choose another bed set if it was more expensive they said i didn't have to pay any extra. Customer service were a pleasure to deal with
