Delivery was smooth and loving the wine fridge. Great customer service - responsive and helpful. Eg. Emailed beforehand to ensure the fridge would fit down steps and through corridor.

Quick delivery and some good advice via the phone on a wine fridge for our kitchen. The fridge looks great in our kitchen and the delivery men were also helpful giving advice on the fridge.

Disappointing
Website said they had 2 in stock. I bought one. 24 hours later I hadn’t heard anything about delivery. Website said 1 in stock. 30 hours later email to say out of stock. They are trying to sort it out but it is disappointing

Thanks for the positive review. I think you're reviewing one of our wine coolers here rather than our service however I'll address it so as to be clear and hopefully helpful.
The capacities stated come from the manufacturers directly and are quoted in bordeaux shaped bottles. The reality is, as you correctly state, if you deviate from standard bordeaux bottles the max capacity begins to reduce and if you have lots of burgundy or champagne or rhone shaped, wide bottles, it can decrease by as much as 20%+.
In any case, thank you for the feedback, sadly we'll never be able to state anything other than the Bordeaux shaped bottle capacity as we'll never know the starting or evolving quantity of different wines a person will have. Perhaps a good tool for us to develop would be a capacity estimator based on the bottle types you have.
