COOP’s customer service is lacking
In my file with COOP the owner of the truck I was using states that since i continued multiple rentals with his truck I was allowed to keep it on site. I was charged 2 different late fees and was never reimbursed. I have gone on to find more affordable trucks and the owner has pulled his trucks from the site because he wasn’t happy with the service. Plus it’s extremely difficult to get someone on.

I rented a trailer and returned it…
I rented a trailer and returned it after 5 weeks. They then charged my card because allegedly I returned it to the wrong location. Only issue is, I returned to the same place I picked it up as per contract. Even after explaining that and providing evidence, they still insisted on charging my card to deliver it to a location that was no on the contract. 6 months after returning the contract, I have not received my initial deposit.
A very bad experience and I felt like they were a predatory company.

This is definitely not the experience we want to be providing. We are looking into the confusion around the drop-off location to understand what happened. Upon reviewing the reservation history of your most recent rental, I am seeing that we owed you $1328.17 and applied that to your account on September 23, 2022 by refunding three and a portion of four of your reservation extension charges. If you are willing, we'd love to confirm with you that those were actually received on your end. I sent you an email with further details and will await your reply. This company is a joke. It’s a good business model but they are ripping off everyone. Why would you charge me for insurance when I have trailer interchange on my policy? Young owner operators listen to me. Don’t use Coop otherwise you’ll go broke. This Turo style rental ends up being too costly.
